I hate to admit this but I seem to be a regular at this shop. They replaced a bumper cover on my PT Cruiser and repaired a fog light on my Ford Fusion. The staff is friendly and reliable. The service was completed ahead of schedule and the charges were completely explained. My PT Cruiser is there again after another accident (cause my daughter seems to think money grows on trees). This appears to be a Predatory shop installing a used frame without my knowledge and now saying they are going to auction off my Jeep. On top of that they are trying to add over $1500 in storage fees to a bill the insurance company has not even paid. This review is limited as of 11:07 pm. March 6th. I will be reaching out again to this repair shop tomorrow. They are threatening to auction off our jeep that they say they have repaired. The insurance company has not even paid the bill it's crazy to think I have to pay them before the insurance company pays. Before I tell the story I am going to give them a chance to correct this. At this point I am unhappy to say the least regarding how they have handled my vehicle installing a used frame without my knowledge. I don't know what else has been done as well. I will make a full report on several review sites once they make a finale decision as to how they are going to handle this. For now my suggestion is not to use what appears to be a predatory shop. An addition to my first review. I had my truck fixed by this shop after a rear-end collision. That was a fee months ago. Well I was washing it the other day and noticed that the rear bumper was closer toothed bed on one side then the other, like it shifted over. Well I took I took it back to the fine folks at Atomize and showed them . They took my truck back into the shop,no appointment made I just showed up. They brought it back out about fifteen minutes later completely fixed. They said that sometimes the bolts loosen up and the bumper shifted. Now everything is lined up and perfect. I have to note that when I picked the truck up after the repairs were done. I walked around and checked everything to make sure all was right. The lettering, decals,tailgate alignment bumper alignment,etc. All were right. Ashley checked to make sure I was satisfied with the work and offer went. This shop is good at what they do and back up their work. I recommend this shop to all. read more

This collision shop is the greatest. Both my father Stanley and myself have used this shop to have our vehicles repaired after accidents. My father has used them twice to fix his Chrysler 300 and me once to fix my Saturn Sky convertible. Reid Millikan and the rest of the staff at Atomize have given us both the best possible customer service every time. They have treated my 87 year old father like family and I consider Reid a friend after only meeting him a few times. Reid made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. He really couldn't have treated us more professionally or made us feel any more welcome or Appreciated to be customers.
