HORRIBLE. I've ordered from here many times, and they treated me worse each time. The last straw was when I tried to cancel an order, called back immediately, and was told they had already made the food. So, you have superpowers that allow you to cook food in under 30 seconds? WOW. You're talented. They agreed not to deliver the food but insisted they couldn't refund me. According to them, keeping my money and not giving me anything in return is legal. Another time, I called to complain about the food being burned, and they said I was lying because I'm the only person who complained. ANOTHER time, they gave me the wrong drink (I'm allergic to the orange one) and an unwrapped ice cream sandwich. When I called, the manager refused to refund me, offering a discount the next time I ordered as if it were my fault. What is wrong with them??!!!!! What a horrible customer service, and I refuse to give my money to them anymore. I hope they go out of business. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. read more

The inside is not much to look at no place to sit seems like takeout and delivery only since Covid... Wings are solid. Prices are little high, but the wings are solid. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings from here, and they were really great! All of the wings were a full sized, fried perfectly, and tasted really fresh. The dish was covered with garlic sauce and freshly grated parmesan cheese. It came with a side of carrots and celery as well, though I wish they had offered ranch instead of blue cheese dressing. read more

Bring Cash....this is the second time in less than two months visiting this establishment only to discover that they were only taking cash. No problem with this policy, however, it's not posted anywhere inside or outside informing potential customers of their new policy. Right after I placed my order and pulled out my card the employee asked if I had cash. She picked up the card reader which was lit up green and then the other employee at the counter played with the iPad screen and stated the card reader was not operable. Real irritating and unprofessional practice. Sad thing is that I have patronized this establishment from its inception....starting from the original owners to the current ones and I never ever had a bad word to express about anything...from the food to the customer service. Atomic Wings used to be one of my favorite late-night spots. Now, this is what they served as boneless wings. Soaked in grease, and barely covered in breading. I was stunned that this was the 2023 version of their product. Very disappointing. (The waffle fries were super oily and tasted like old grease too. The wings were well-sauced and had plenty of carrots and celery. However, the blue cheese ranch on the side didn't taste good. I wish they provided ranch instead. Garlic parmesan tasted good. I love Atomic Wings! I am...well, was a repeat customer as I have ordered from the restaurant more than 20x in the past year and probably more than that the year before. Good wings, but the customer service is horrible. Today, I ordered a wing combo (plus other items) and received my delivery around 1:30PM. Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy my food in that moment because I received a call and needed to run out to meet my broker. I placed my food in the refrigerator before leaving. I returned back home and warmed my food around 6PM. First bite. The chicken tasted spoiled and had a weird texture. To avoid getting sick, I stopped eating it immediately and called the establishment. The first associate told me that nothing could be done because several hours had lapsed between now and when I placed the order. I asked, "so you're telling me nothing can be done?" He told me he'd speak with his manager and placed me on hold. The manager gets on the phone. I relay the same message that I told the first associate. The manager pulls up my order from Seamless and says the same thing. Nothing can be done. I mentioned to him that I'm a repeat customer and have ordered from them more than 30x and was disappointed that NOTHING could be done. He acknowledged me being a repeat customer by saying "yes, I can see that here." Then, he goes into this whole spill about not being able to guarantee freshness after several hours. Now I'm annoyed. My complaint wasn't that the meal wasn't "fresh." I can't expect the chicken and waffle fries to be crispy and taste the same at 6:15PM as it would have at 1:30PM. But I know that after 4-5 hrs, the chicken shouldn't taste sour / spoiled. I had to remind the manager more than once that the complaint wasn't "freshness." It was because the chicken clearly was SPOILED. He placed me on hold, and then comes back to say "Sorry, nothing can be done." BET! I called and simply stated my complaint and asked what could be done. Thus, the ball was in their court to decide. Anything would have sufficed from them being super courteous enough to refund my money for the wings (not the other items) or provide something as simple as a discount code to apply on my next order. In all the times that I have ordered food, never have I ever been so disgusted and appalled by the lack of customer service and problem solving from an establishment. I placed an order through Seamless and never received my order. When I contacted Atomic Wings the condescending representative insisted that his driver delivered it and literally called me a liar. As a NYC doorman, who has to be on alert 24/7 for my residents and the only one on shift, there was no possible way that the order could have been delivered to someone else in my building lobby. Not only did Atomic Wings refuse to send my order again, or investigate, they also refused to give me a full refund. I truly hope that this poor and demeaning service does not happen to anyone else. They have solid chunks of carrots and other assorted vegetables in them. The cooks put these bland patties on three sets of bland buns and slapped iceberg lettuce in there. Nothing more.... No sauce or anything extra to enhance the flavors. My boyfriend loved his wings and gobbled them up quickly. Their waffle fries: OH MY GOODNESS, THE FRIES!! You know how some fries have an oily taste to them? These do not! They're crispy, crunchy potato goodness. Would I recommend this place to chicken lovers? Based off of my man's feedback: yes! First off, I don't think this location has suicidal sauce, but they won't argue when you order them. These wings are weak, weak, weak... I ordered 20 suicidal wings and they should be embarrassed selling these as "Hot" wings. I posted 5 pictures of before, during , and after helping these wings out with a bit of spice. I don't eat hot wings for my health, so if I order suicidal wings, they better make a grown man cry. I added 5 different hot sauces, including Ghost Pepper sauce, and 3 different ground peppers, and these things are finally eatable. So I think I'm done with Atomic Wings. Disappointment has a name: Atomic Wings. I was craving wings after work and went with Atomic Wings due to their reviews on Seamless, which I no longer trust. I ordered the buffalo wing combo that came with 6 traditional buffalo wings, fries and a can of Pepsi and a side off and cheese. The issues: -it took over an hour for my order to make it, when they said it would only take 40 mins maximum and I ordered at 6:30. I called at 7:30 and asked where it was and they said the deliverer left at 7! My food arrived at 7:40... COLD. -I've never tasted more soggy or cold fries in my life. -the wings barely had any meat on them, they were so tiny. -the Mac and cheese had to be reheated and salt and pepper added to it because there was no flavor... My bf ordered take out and it was delicious. I especially loved the waffle fries. Yum! He ordered the boneless buffalo wings and while they were good I would have preferred them to have bones. The wings had a good amount of sauce but I would have liked them to be more crispy and spicier. Since I was not there when he ordered, I am not sure exactly what he ordered but they do have different spice levels that I know for sure. I've been here a few times and my favorite item on their memu are the pulled pork sliders. These sliders are super delicious! The meat is seasoned perfectly and its just the right amount of spicy. They add some cheese that really compliments the pork. My only complaint about the sliders is that they are very very small. If you're a big eater these sliders alone won't be enough. The sweet potato fries are also pretty good. I was disappointed in the Mac and cheese since it just was very meh and really not anything I will be ordering again. Place is dingy looking for a chain, and kind of pricey. I got the boneless chicken combo, which came with a drink and fries. The waffle fries were good and the wings were okay. My partner got 10 bone-in wings for $11 which I thought was not worth the money as it came with nothing else. Additionally, there's a card minimum of $12- but they took our cards even though our total was around $11. The weird thing though was that they have a sign that reads in all caps that they don't give out free tap water, which was a huge turn off. Not worth a second visit. read more
