This Atomic Wings spot makes amazing food, especially The Wings and Burgers. I am not that easy to be impressed but have to give it to them. The staff are always super nice and friendly. I don't have to wait much, and food is always ready in a timely manner. The Wings are HALAL as well as everything else. ALLAHUMDULLIAH 4 that - the owner is Muslim and ensures everything is top quality. The place gives a feeling of a hole in a wall, but it's the place to go for your Wings Craving and Burgers !!! I would literally put 0 stars if I could but I can't... I ordered lemon pepper, buffalo, Thai Chili & waffle fries. The lemon pepper tasted like olive oil and black pepper, the thai chili taste like I could've made it at home in the microwave. I got scammed. The buffalo wings weren't tht bad. The waffle fries were the best thing in the bag. Thts sad, the FRIES is the best thing in the bag. I'm upset, frustrated & disappointed with this establishment. I like their wings here. The buffalo sauce is really good. I order from here quite often and suggest it. I do find fault with the pricing, but that is really just due to inflation I hope. We ordered here because of a BOGO free deal. Parmesan and Honey Garlic flavours boneless chicken. It comes in separated boxes but I combined them after a while. They came with a few pieces of thumb-size chicken and the rest were like scraps for a 40 piece. Parmesan tasted off, it was edible (as I did not get stomach bug) but did not taste like how parmesan should taste. I ordered 10 traditional wings, of the 10 wings, 3 of them were flats. All 3 of those flats were bruised and broken before it was cooked as there was blood traces all over the wing. Why has my chicken been beat with a bat before cooked and served? I don't think this place serves halal food. It feels like just supermarket chicken injected with hormones and fillers. The fried hotdog was also disgusting and burnt. How can you mess up a hotdog? The cheese wasn't melted, but this weird transparent and opaque thing. This is not the first time we've ordered from here and had extremely terrible service. They told us we'd have to wait another 20 minutes for the food.. but given the circumstance that's just absolutely ridiculous. We ended up going elsewhere. Staff is always overwhelmed, maybe they should hire a few more people to manage the amount of customers. Maybe then they'd make less errors. By far one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food joint. The manager was completely unapologetic and didn't even try to resolve or accommodate the situation. I ordered my meal online to find out that one of the items wasn't available. Fine. They went through the options and none of them were appealing. She then proceeded to tell me if I didn't like the options I had to cancel the order on my end. We have ordered from Atomic Wings twice now and both times they've forgotten to include half of our order and have messed up what we did receive. Our first time ordering it was a relatively large order so we were more understanding about it missing several items. Last night we decided to give them another shot. We ordered a side of waffle fries, a buffalo chicken wrap, a quesadilla, And a buffalo chicken sandwich. We received: two buffalo chicken sandwiches, and a quesadilla with barely any cheese or chicken in it. It was also 40 minutes late. The quesadilla was so disgusting there was a sprinkle of cheese and a bunch of unwanted chicken pieces inside. The chicken sandwiches were actually very good, but we ordered a wrap and a sandwich not two sandwiches. We also ordered fries that we never received and were still charged for. Not to mention, the order receipt was literally stapled to the bag. As a previous restaurant employee, how you staple a receipt to a bag of take out food without making sure that you are putting all of the CORRECT food in the bag is beyond me. As a business, you should be reading your orders and following what customers are requesting. I have seen this place all summer and decided to drop in. First of all the staff is friendly and gave great tips. I love spicy so they allowed me samples of the various sauces. The atomic I was not impressed with. It has heat but tasted like that mad dog sauce like concentrated pepper extract. I like heat but also a good taste. I found the chicken to be ok cooked well but wings are a bit small. Fries were cooked perfectly to my liking. I found the price to be well within range. I'm so disappointed because my friends raved about this place. Last night around 11pm I and my fiance craved some chicken wings I suggested Atomic Wings because it closed at midnight and we live 10 mins away up the hill. I called in an order for a 12 piece half and half. I did the Thai chilli wings and the boneless buffalo wings. About 11:10 I called in the order so we could walk down the hill and pick it up by 11:20. When we got there the place was cleaned up, the chairs were up like they were ready to close. The guy at the counter was nice. When we got home I bit into the first boneless wing and it was chewy....I looked and it was pink and raw...I was like OH MAN!!...So I said maybe it's just that one (being greedy). The next one was good with white me no pink...BUT after that the rest were just as raw :( . My fiance ate some of the Thai wings and two was half cooked as well. 4 star for service. Ordered 20 pc regular wings combo on postmates. Recurved 20 boneless wings without fries. Lady was looking through the boxes to confirm each order, kind of figured something was wrong by the confused look on her face. Didn't bother to question so it was my fault. Got home and complained. They offered to send the correct order out. Took an hour through doordash, driver was extremely slow so not the stores fault. Wings: boneless are just bad anywhere you get them so don't order those.
