I wouldn't let these guys pack my kids lunch. I had 18 one of a kind pottery plates and bowls shipped by them. The wrapped in one thin layer of foam and over 7" of empty space in the box. 5 of 18 pieces were destroyed in shipping because of it. Over $285 worth of irreplaceable pottery and I paid over $250 for their services. These guys are hacks. Complete clowns. Doug was the name on the box. Very friendly service with no problems, Frank was a nice guy. I only needed a short document (2 pages) printed out that I needed to sign and return to my CPO. After I got back to the house and double checked my documents I realized I had printed the wrong ones, so I went straight back to print the correct ones (3 pages). Only gripe would be that there was a minimum of $2.00 and was charged $2 for each transaction for a total of $4 for 5 pages. Frank did my printing job incorrectly after I provided pretty detailed instructions. When I offered him the opportunity to "make it right" and suggest a solution - he waited over 36hrs before finally responding, arguing that he called me multiple times to be sure it was right (we talked once - two calls were dropped). He never offered a solution, instead snarkily asked "did it ruin the party?" "Do you want a discount". All he had to do was suggest he could redo the job. Then he accused ME of "wanting to argue". I ended up having to get the print job done elsewhere - at my final destination, where it cost less than half (another small biz). When I asked for a refund since he didn't deliver a usable product, he told me to call my bank and never come back. Way to be! His shops are dirty and unorganized, I'm happy to stay away. read more

As one of the only UPS full service shipping locations in North Lake you would hope they take their role seriously. They don't. I've tried three times to ship packages during their published working hours (1-2 hours after they opened) and every time the owner says "My UPS guy is not in yet". The last time when I told him this was the third attempt at trying to ship from his store he replied "my guy is 0 for 100 with being on time". Great management. Stay away from this business from a UPS shipping perspective. read more
