if I could give this salon 10000 stars I would!! from Fort Lauderdale.. my stylist has been doing my hair 30 years and was terrified to go to someone new but I needed a cut. I decided to check out a Solon I saw while googling and this salon came back w over 700 reviews all perfect! I walked into the salon, and the owner was on a call and gave me the biggest smile as soon as I walked in, even though she seemed to be busy.. already very inviting. I explained I wanted a haircut, but I need a little bit of a style and called over Jazmine to help me.... Jazmine cut my hair dry, which is a talent in itself and it was the best haircut I've ever had. I love it so much. They weren't pushy on selling me products but they informed me of different things that they did like keratin treatments that would be great for my hair and I can't wait to go back. Amanda gave me wonderful color and cut. I definitely would recommend her. She listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond.

The quality and customer service could be improved greatly. I accompanied my friend while she got her hair done and we were asked to help with her hair, she has chemical burns, the bleach was not toned (she was actually asked to go to Sally's and buy toner to tone her own hair), and there were multiple people working on her bleach just for it to not turn out the way she wanted. They said she needed a second appointment when a salon she had been to previously had gotten it done in one sitting and with less stylists and cheaper. Now my friend is just in pain and not satisfied with her hair. Not to mention we were there much longer than needed because they kept prioritizing other customers over the girl with literal bleach on her head. read more

I've been going to this salon since 2017 and the owner cuts and colors my hair. My last visit was on a Saturday morning and the owner tells me that she has a hangover. Not surprising, we've had a lot of interesting conversations over the years. When I got home, I could see the cut was pretty bad. I have short hair so I can't hide a bad cut. I texted the owner after a few days and asked if I could stop by so she could clean it up. Her reply was "I'm on vacation" not "I'm sorry, I'm on vacation this week, can you come in on Tuesday when I am back?" That's the level of service a loyal customer of 7 years gets. Second salon I have tried since moving here to Palm Coast in January. The "atmosphere" is a hodge-podge of used dressers, mirrors, wall art, wood frames with colored string (of no notable amount) as to procure privacy from the rest of the salon, and hobo chic decor that someone clearly painted & crafted in their garage (all items being different). That didn't bother me as much as what they did. There's no law against poor taste. Lot's of shabby, not enough chic. Nicki was nice enough. I asked for a refresh of my base color & subtle highlights and a wash cut & blow; she lightened my natural color just a touch. At the same time she wove the highlighter into me hair. It was a touch too yellowish orange, but I thought it would cool when I start to use the bluing shampoo, conditioner & hair treatment I purchased (an extra ~$100). Coloring & cut was $180 with a 10% discount for first appointment. I got to the register to pay my bill. I am presented with a screen that suggests a tip... but I did not realize that she had added the products I purchased! It just showed the tip amounts. I gave a tip of 20% on ~$280 instead of $180 unknowingly. As I am driving home I am doing the math in my head... it bothered me... So I called the salon & left a message for the owner... cannot remember her name. She called a day or two later. She was very forward & slightly annoyed and asked why I was calling. I explained that in all my years of going to salons (around the world, including world class resorts), I had never paid a gratuity on the purchase of products. She said that's the way the system was set up. And I said "the system can be changed, you are the owner". She said she didn't like what I was insinuating (that somehow the salon was cheating me; well they did). I said that I was trying to give her feedback on a part of her services that left a bad taste in my mouth (from one business owner to another). I said that clients should not be presented with a suggested tip amount based on services AND product purchase. That the services should be processed separately from the product purchase. And that if this were my business, I would make every effort not to allow a client to feel this way. She was very offended; said she would look into it and rushed off the phone. She was less than pleasant; I am certain she also accepts tips from her clients... a big no-no in high-end professional salons (check out: https://prosolutionssoftware.com/going-tipless-salon-spa/). This owner knows nothing of high customer service standards; does not accept helpful feedback from another business owner; accepts tips from her clients and collects several thousand dollars per month from each of the stylists working for her. Bush league. A month later I called Nicki for an appointment (she gave me her cell); never returned the call. I called the salon, thought I'd give them one more chance. I was asked my name, there was a pause... "there is an opening in a week." I asked if there were any appointments any sooner, she said there were not. So apparently my name was flagged. Plenty of other places to try. But if you go here & buy product, make sure you are not basing the gratuity of the products purchased. This was not a good experience. And it was certainly not a professional, high-end experience. read more

First time having my hair cut/styled w/ Rebecca . I'm from Jersey so I'm used to the getting a quality hair cut and blow out. Well, that's what I received with Rebecca. She spent time, analyzed the type of hair I have and what kind of cut would work with me . I was a client and had a man hair dresser. He made me wait 25 minutes over my booking time. The owner of the salon said nothing and cared for nothing. He finally showed up, first telling me he forgot his stuff and needed to head back home. This is a regular thing for him since the salon girls talked about him as I sat waiting. I was booked for a haircut and color. Both turned out horrible. On top of that I got over charged. After calling back to figure out issue he told me "due to the owner being a "you know" he can't refund my money at that moment." But I would have a credit of $50 or I could pick it up after hours. At that moment so upset, I asked for a credit. After a few week I decided I was not going back I called and left a message asking for my credit back that I would not be returning due to horrible service. I've heard nothing back. It's been over a week. I would never recommend this place. The owner is only about herself and per her staff not a good person. Good luck to anyone that takes a chance. read more

Never will I go back. I was new to the area and purchased a Groupon. I made my appt and specifically told them I had a Groupon and was looking for a salon as I was new to area. When I sat in the chair for my appt I was asked if I read "the fine print", as it was for a specific hairstylist who no longer worked there. Pretty fraudulent, it is against Groupon rules to even do that; they should have pulled the Groupon off the listing. I told the guy what I was looking for (some highlights) and asked him what the cost was going to be. He literally said "I can't tell you exactly but it won't be much more than the Groupon" (which was $60). My bill was $180!!!!! The horrific part was I just paid it, called Groupon, they gave me credit. I decided not to even fight it because in the end, not only did they miss out on a potential lifetime customer but I will make sure to never refer them to anyone. By the way, they still have that Groupon listed. read more

Not the worst and not the best. My I had my hair colored and attempted to be styled by Rebecca. My hair was unevenly colored. I asked for a mediums dark violet. It ended up looking almost black on the ends and uneven on the top. I payed for a wedding hair trial and showed a photo of curls and my hair ended up flat.
