    Most disgraceful excuse for a utility department I have ever seen. I have YET to receive a bill…read more(started using their services 4 months ago). The customer service is lackluster at best. The only way to pay your bill is to MAIL in a check or money order (in 2018), or go pay in person. For those of us who work 8-5 (their exact hours) this either means using your lunch to drive to the boonies, or trusting their makeshift dropbox after hours. My advice is to stay in the city limits. Although Starkville utilities doesn't have it all together, Clayton Village Water is a whole different level of bootleg. I mean honestly! They don't even take phone payments. Just a note: I paid on time. I'm just pissed that I have to either miss work/use my lunch, trust the pony express (without a receipt), or their makeshift slit in the door (also without a receipt) because they can't even TAKE. A. PHONE. PAYMENT. in 2018. IM NOT EVEN ASKING YOU TO TAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT. Not even asking you to come into 2018...just 2004. Just a simple card via phone. For the love! Kay, thanks.

Somehow I missed paying this bill. It was news to me. My payment two weeks late. Rather than a notification of some sort, they came out and cut off my water. I have my elderly mother and brain injured son living with me. Water is very important to their care. I had to go out their office. They wouldn't take a payment by phone and then pay for a $40 reconnection fee. What a scam!!!! It would be so much better to give a customer a one month grace period and have the missed payment on the next bill with a late fee instead of causing so much grief. I understand cutting off water if you miss several payments, but two weeks? Highway robbery.

He was very helpful in working with us to resolve this. Even gave me his direct email in case I had any other issues. Thank you Joe! Wow. Just got off of the phone about a late fee on my account. NEVER been late and have been living at this property for 4 years. Again...NEVER been late. Our lease was set to end in November of this year, but we extended it to May. I didn't think about needing to update my autodraft for my rent so they charged a late fee once it didn't autodraft. I tried calling their collections group for a WEEK. Left a voicemail, texted their number that was provided in an email notification, tried to get a message through someone in their office...NO response. Called today and couldn't get them so I got someone at the general extension. He went to ask collections if they could make the exception after seeing there were no late fees in my history. When he got back, he informed me that they said they could not make an exception, HOWEVER, I didn't have to pay it all at once. That's not my concern. My concern is that I am NEVER late. Why on earth wouldn't you work with your GOOD tenants that take good care of your properties, that always pay and ON TIME? Terrible service. And this isn't the only issue I have had with them. Maintenance issues as well, but that can be saved for a different review. Thanks for nothing Premiere. Great customer Service.

When you submit a home improvement it takes this company months to approve the simplest request to your home. DHI builders hired and support this company and they should be ashamed as well. Share all the post on Facebook, Linkedin, and anymore that may be thinking about purchasing a home with DHI. DHI need to fire Keith Collins like yesterday. The company is unprofessional, incompetent, shows no compassion for their clients, and refuse to follow-up on the simplest request. I am going to continue to scream at the top of lungs to ensure the public in Madison County do not purchase any new homes in this area. I am on a corner lot so you can see every side of my home so I don't know where I would put them. Then on top of that they sent four letters. The next one is about a car parked on the street that we don't even own. Mind you there are so many dips and cracks in the street that you can barely drive straight, but they are concern with trash cans. How about fixing the street and street lights if you really want to do something. I will never purchase another home an a H.O.A community again. I wouldn't care if it was given to me free.
