The tow truck arrive quickly (15 minutes?) and he got us all loaded up and to the dealership quickly and efficiently. The driver was super friendly and professional. We got dropped off at the dealership, paid the price we had been quoted over the phone when we first called and he dropped me back off where we started. The truck was nice and toasty (It was 17 and windy outside, so that was nice). All in all, a nice towing experience in the middle of an otherwise crappy day of dealing with a broken down car.
