Electric car ran out of power, needed towed 8 blocks. Have AAA, booked, and assigned to Arrow. Waited 2 hours and Arrow chose to cancel. Called Arrow, they said they cancelled because AAA wouldn't pay them the full $300 flatbed fee they wanted. After 2 hours of waiting! Bad business. read more

I would like to give a huge shout-out to Arrow Towing!!! Today was a mean reds kind of day, until one of Arrow Towings wonderful employees, Shane, turned my already frustratingly havoc day around. I hit something on the Interstate that could not have been avoided this morning after a very early meeting. I managed to pull off the Interstate and into Casey's parking lot. There, I saw that the sidewall on one of my brand new expensive tires had been sliced open by whatever metal trash piece I hit. I did have one of my coworkers, Cameron Tucker, with me, and we were going to change the tire, but then realized I didn't have my Tbar or jack with me. However, God must have known that the day wasn't too favorable on my end because there was an Arrow Towing truck parked at the pump nearest to us. I then simply asked the man if he happened to have a socket to lower my spare and loosen up my lugnuts, so that when my boss arrived he could jack it up and change it out for me. Shane, did one even better, though. He not only dropped my spare and loosened the lugnuts, he changed the whole thing out for me, for free!!!! It is these moments in time that really restore my faith in humanity. Shane did not have to do any of that, but I am sure thankful he did. So thank you, Arrow Towing, for employing such wonderful people, and thank you again, Shane! You really made my already not great day so much better!! read more

Seriously don't get your car stolen and towed U will get taken to cleaners. Also u better take your registration out of your glove box cuz they want it to prove it your own car. Lol even knowing they got car from towing via theft. Finally called police and verified it was stolen. Yep screwed again. Next no jumpers in tow lot of a lot of tow trucks..lol did I mention they don't tell u that lot is 4 blocks from where they take your money. And insult to injury u have to pay cash...that one I get darn straight I would have stopped payment on that check. Well u can read the entire fiasco on Google. We were from out of town & had an accident on the highway driving back home across country. The police did an inventory of the vehicle & they called this towing place to take the vehicle while my husband was rushed in an ambulance to the emergency room at the hospital. We were moving back home from the east coast, across country, for a month or so, so we had a LOT of expensive electronics as well as luggage in the vehicle. A few hours later after the police agreed my husband had simply fallen asleep at the wheel, they said we could go to the tow yard to get the vehicle (or at least get into the vehicle to retrieve some of the belongings from the car). I went to the towing yard/office trying to get clothing for my husband (his clothes had been CUT OFF of his body by the ambulance personnel & he had NOTHING to wear besides a hospital gown). They gave us the runaround for at least 2-3 hours, so we found a close hotel & stayed the night thinking we could retrieve clothing & toiletries/tooth brush tomorrow (as they had suggested). First thing in the morning, right after they had opened, we went back to the towing yard & again, they gave us the runaround not letting us access the trunk of the vehicle for my husband's suitcase for a change of clothes & toiletries, even though the police had given us authority to do so. We weren't even asking for all the belongings from the car at this point, JUST simply clothes for him to be able to wear for the drive home across country. Their excuse was they were too busy & that the person that could help us wasn't there. We spent another 3-4 hours trying to get access to our vehicle. Zero cooperation. They even seemed a bit as if they were doing it on purpose...very strange. We had no choice but to leave our car & belongings, drive back home across country without getting any toiletries, clothing, electronics for work & entertainment purposes, etc from the vehicle & just leaving it behind. We had made multiple calls trying to negotiate with them, but whoever we spoke to gave us the number for someone else to call. This process was never ending. When we finally were able to arrange for our vehicle to be transported home to us thousands & thousands of miles away (for thousands & thousands of dollars, which I'm sure was their plan all along), there was at LEAST $3,500-$5,000 worth of missing property & belongings missing from the car when it arrived. I cannot begin to describe my anger & rage!! They claim the police never gave them the inventory from the car, which is absolute bologna. Just a few of the missing items included: a newer Apple cell phone my husband used for work, along with 2 of the large iPads he used for work, my makeup bag full of high-end cosmetics, expensive makeup brushes, skincare, hair products, MY suitcase, 2 pair of my prescription glasses (why??), a prescription bottle of medication (a controlled substance mind you), a vape pen, my husband's entire suitcase, along with other random items that make zero sense to take. They had been locked in the trunk so they were not visible, but you had to use the key to unlock the trunk to find them. If they would have just let us take 5 minutes initially, we could have cleared these items from the vehicle so this exact situation would not have occurred. We even paid them thousands of dollars to store the vehicle on top of the original towing fee, just to have them rob us blind!!! Being left on the side of the road would have probably been safer than letting them "store" it. The vehicle had been locked, but the front drivers side window was smashed out from the accident & the keys were given to them when they initially towed it. Their lots were locked up with multiple locks, so it was most definitely one of the seedy-looking people that they have employed there. These people are crooks & I will never again trust another towing place to do something that is in their job description. Thank you so much for ruining this for us--as if a life threatening car crash wasn't enough, this was just the icing on the cake. They rip you off for the storage fees then take out whatever items they want from your car. If you can avoid them, DO IT!! I can't stress this enough. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Avoid them at all costs. read more

I called Arrow on 2 Jul at 4pm. Figured they were a reputable company and they would take care of me. The guy I talked to said it would be a couple hours, I was like ok, but didn't have a good taste in my mouth already. I talked to him for 8 minutes and he put me on hold 3 different times, I felt my business wasn't important. So, at 6:15 pm I still had no tow truck or any communication from company. So I called back, he said it shouldn't be to much longer. 45 minutes later a driver called, Mike, and got directions to where I was and give him 30 minutes. Very nice and professional. 45 minutes go by and I called him back and asked if he was lost, as I was in a tricky place. His answer was a question, didn't Dave call you? I responded with a no. Well Mike got redirected from me to someone else, and no one had the common courtesy to call me and let me know. I really felt like my business was not important. I will never call or recommend Arrow Towing again. read more

Had a breakdown in Lake Manawa and needed a tow to the dealership. Asked a local working at the gas station we were at and they suggested Arrow. It was a great recommendation. I called and told them where we were and they knew exactly where we were and what was around us. The tow truck arrive quickly (15 minutes?) and he got us all loaded up and to the dealership quickly and efficiently. The driver was super friendly and professional. We got dropped off at the dealership, paid the price we had been quoted over the phone when we first called and he dropped me back off where we started. The truck was nice and toasty (It was 17 and windy outside, so that was nice). All in all, a nice towing experience in the middle of an otherwise crappy day of dealing with a broken down car. read more

Last Thursday I had a blowout on I-80 just across the Nebraska-Iowa border. I was told the tow would be expedited by Enterprise Rental and AAA. It took Arrow two and a half hours to get to me, in temperatures of 90+ and heat index of over 105. When the driver arrived he did not introduce himself or even tell me he was there for my car. After he hooked it up he got in the truck and honked the horn. I eventually went to the cab and asked if that was for me. He said "Yeah". I asked how I was supposed to know that and he then kicked me out of the cab and told me he was not taking my car because I had an attitude and he did not need to. I called his dispatcher and begged to be driven the 1 1/2 miles to the Enterprise. I explained I was a disabled vet and was having trouble. She said it was up to the driver. Since my wife was in the cab and had not been kicked out she stayed with the car and I had to walk to the Enterprise along an extremely busy interstate. When we got to the Enterprise the driver refused to get our things out of the car and told me to climb up on the flat bed and get them myself. I had just had surgery on both knees and was in a heavy brace. As I tried to climb onto the flatbed I fell off and re-injured my knee and am now back under the care of my surgeon. Even at that point he refused to help and I had to boost my wife up onto the filthy, greasy flatbed to get our luggage. read more
