the time before this I called them that my car was broke down (engine blow), in the middle of sub division in west omaha. "No problem, he'll call you when he's on his way." Hour later, nothing. I called back, "there have been alot of wrecks." So much for BIGGEST FLEET IN THE AREA. I called Neff, 30 mins, they were there. Called yesterday to have my mom's car towed from Neola to Minden, Iowa, 5 miles. Tow truck guy called this morning and said it's going to be $250. For a 5 mile tow? " We have to drive out there", 17 miles. I called Dave Lyon in Underwood, $80. Arrow was going to charge $170 to drive 17 miles, really Brad? BIGGEST FLEET IN THE AREA. I had to call Triple A as my car took a crap. I spoke with Triple A and they scheduled to get my car towed with Arrow Towing. Arrow showed up about an hour later, (it was a Saturday). The gentlemen, can't remember his name, was awesome. He was super nice and accommodating and his truck was a modern towing truck, and looked new and very clean. He got my car on his tow truck in less than 5 minutes and even dropped it off for me, and placed my keys in the drop box, at my go to mechanics' shop. I got in a car accident yesterday. The driver of the other vehicle ("Robert") called Arrow Towing and tried to bribe them into towing my vehicle AND his vehicle before the cops could show up, He knew that the police would have a hard time determining which party was at fault if the vehicles were removed from the scene. Sean from Arrow would not be bought. When Sean drove up with the tow truck, he immediately came up to me and told me how "Robert' offered him $100 to tamper with the evidence. Sean said to let him know if there were any future legal proceedings because he would testify against the other party. He also took pictures of the accident with his phone and sent them to me! Sean was very thorough and really took great care in sweeping up the bits and pieces of my car that had broken off in the street. And he was very friendly and easy to talk to. When I had questions about the towing process, he was quick to get back to me via text. I was very impressed with Sean. He represents Arrow Towing well. I don't have any doubt that my car is going to be safe in his tow yard. I highly recommend Arrow Towing. read more

We called Arrow Towing on a busy Saturday night To come pick up my teenage son's car which had a broken ball joint and a front axle that came undone. We called a few different towing places but none were available. We then called Arrow Towing and they said they could make it there within an hour. The car was in a busy street and we were concerned about oncoming traffic. Fortunately, Sean from Arrow towing showed up in about 30 minutes. Sean did an awesome job of loading the car on his flat bead and was very pleasant to deal with. He also offered to drop the car keys in the mechanic's drop box for us so we would not have to drive them out to the mechanic. They also charged a very reasonable and fair price. When you need a tow and you call your insurance to set it up these are the guys you want! HANDS DOWN!!! You might get another company to tow your car and they might even be on time and be nice. But the experience you will get from an Arrow drive can't be beat. This is the WAGU BEEF of Omaha towing! And there is more! If you are fortunate enough to get ERNESTO as your driver!!!!!!!!!!!! Well friends, I would, after I was home safe, get to where you buy lottery tickets and get one! This might just be your day! I personally GUARANTEE he will turn a crappy day into a good day. Now if your insurance company tries to send you Ely's Towing, or what ever they call themselves. First tell your insurance to go to hell and as punishment for trying to send you those clowns, I would also fire my insurance company! There are some things that CANNOT BE OVER LOOKED OR FORGIVEN. Trust me the ordeal you are setting yourself up for by accepting them will make you go buy a new car just avoid EVER needing a tow again! There are not really words to describe how slow, inconsiderate, rude, foul mouthed they are! Justin, ( the owner) should be ashamed of himself! Who the hell is the banker that has him for a customer? In the end Mr. Banker you're gonna get screwed! Eventually everyone that comes in contact with them does! This morning I blew out of only my car tires and pulled in a gas station to change my tire. Unfortunately one lug nut on my tire was just too stubborn for me to remove myself. After 45 minutes of trying myself my morning turned around. A super kind man from Arrow Towing was there to tow another vehicle. I approached him and told him about my problem and asked if he would be willing to help me. Much to my delight, the very kind man agreed to help me and after a little elbow grease we were able to remove the last stubborn lug nut. This kind man from Arrow Towing saved my morning. For him to help a stranger in need and to take time away from his busy day meant the world to me in that moment. I cannot recommend Arrow Towing enough after this morning. I will be telling all of my friends, co-workers, and family about how great this company is and how kind and respectful it's employees are to help someone in need. Two other towing companies wouldn't answer the phone. So I called one of the larger ones, Arrow. They came to my home to tow my car to the dealership after I had problems with keyfobs and could not start it. They managed to get it started before hooking me up to the tow truck, so I was able to drive it to the shop! I asked how much do I owe you - - and the guys from Arrow said just a thank you, NO CHARGE. Sure surprised me they did not want at least $50 or $75 for at least coming out. I sure appreciate their courteous service and will use them the next time I need a tow or jump start. read more

Towed my van from a downtown parking space 5 MINUTES before the van would have been legally parked. Had 3 kids and a baby, no van for the entire weekend and racked up over $200 in city charges. I did not hire them for a service but one of their drivers was extremely dangerous when driving yesterday. They were excessively tailgating me, even though I was going above the speed limit and there was another lane open they could of passed me. They finally got tired of tailgating me and sped ahead and switched lanes without using their turn signal once. I would not trust a driver like this towing my car. read more

HORRIBLE experience I call arow for a tow at 11 am they tell me it'll be 45 minutes or less call them again at an hour and half of waiting arow tells me the drive was pulled over will be another 30 minutes another hour goes by I call again 15 minutes finally the driver shows up at 2:00 pm and say it's to hot to be in a hurry when I had been waiting for 3 hours then he proceeds to tell me how slow they are and how bored he is and on top of that they won't bill the insurance.
