I first called and spoke with Javier who asked me to text him pics etc. he got back to me the same day. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done and he was very detailed about the questions asked me. This told me he was very serious about taking this job because I reached out to another company (Alcaraz) and sent them all the same info and they ghosted me but, I'm glad they did. Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel I received a fair price for the work that was done. He definitely went above and beyond and I can't even tell where that hole was before, he did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I'd most definitely hire him for any work I need in the future.

He diagnosed the problem as a small leak in the roof and went about fixing that, testing it to make sure the leak didn't reoccur and then he did a beautiful job, patching sanding and painting the ceiling such that I cannot even tell where the repair occurred. I would highly recommend him as he was more than easy to work with, very communicative, and very fair on his pricing. An important consideration for me was that he was able to do this within a timeframe of three days prior to my next guest arriving. I am so appreciative to Javier for all his excellent work. He worked tirelessly to get some pretty challenging items fixed and completed in one day when we moved into our new home. He put my son's bunk bed together without instructions (no small task)! He adjusted shelving to fit my washer/dryer. He helped us put up a laundry rack, some small shelves and decorations, and a huge mirror on the walls. He is professional the whole way through. I appreciated that he used shoe covers when he arrived, he brought covers to protect my walls and floors, and he worked with me to decide the best way to display things. He gave me a reasonable quote before he came out, and eventually charged me a really affordable amount for the full day's work he put in! I've already got him on tap to do larger projects.

My wife and I are smiling widely today as we admire the great work SMS Painting provided to our…read morehome this past week. Firstly, they had some very difficult work to do with our chimney. Through old age and woodpeckers, there were several pieces of wood and siding that need replacing and painting. I will attach a photo to show you our chimney but as you can see, it is pretty high and the ground is not level. I was concerned....but the workers reassured me that they got this. And they did. We still felt compelled to offer up our prayers for their safety...thank you, Lord. Secondly, because we asked them to seal/stain our deck, they first had to pressure wash it. They did a fabulous job doing that as well....and not everyone you inquire about wants to pressure wash a deck. But SMS did it and did it well indeed. Lastly, the seal/stain of our deck completed the work we required. Again, hopefully the photos speak a thousand words. All three of the workers were on top of this as well-mission accomplished. Happy customers. Final thoughts: this was all made possible by our initial meeting with Field Manager, Serge. When we met with him to go over what we wanted done, what this will cost us, and when it could be done, Serge's warm personality and professional manner really impressed us. He made us want to give money to his company, and make us feel good in doing such. Guess what? We did and we do. Speaking about money, my wife always gets estimates from several sources...trust me, SMS is very competitive and won't gauge you like some companies try to. They were recommended by several families on our community Facebook website, and now we are recommending them on our website as well. I will also be recommending SMS on Yelp and Google as well because people just need to know SMS is good in their work, fair in price, and definitely dependable in everything else. I apologize if I got too wordy here-I'm an Italian retired lawyer/teacher, so it's in my blood. Cheers, Spock

Then the man tried to bring out more flooring that was warped just like the first flooring but he wanted me to sign a waiver saying that if he put this flooring down and it was the same way that I would not take him to small claims court again. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage
