Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My wife and I are smiling widely today as we admire the great work SMS Painting provided to our…read morehome this past week. Firstly, they had some very difficult work to do with our chimney. Through old age and woodpeckers, there were several pieces of wood and siding that need replacing and painting. I will attach a photo to show you our chimney but as you can see, it is pretty high and the ground is not level. I was concerned....but the workers reassured me that they got this. And they did. We still felt compelled to offer up our prayers for their safety...thank you, Lord. Secondly, because we asked them to seal/stain our deck, they first had to pressure wash it. They did a fabulous job doing that as well....and not everyone you inquire about wants to pressure wash a deck. But SMS did it and did it well indeed. Lastly, the seal/stain of our deck completed the work we required. Again, hopefully the photos speak a thousand words. All three of the workers were on top of this as well-mission accomplished. Happy customers. Final thoughts: this was all made possible by our initial meeting with Field Manager, Serge. When we met with him to go over what we wanted done, what this will cost us, and when it could be done, Serge's warm personality and professional manner really impressed us. He made us want to give money to his company, and make us feel good in doing such. Guess what? We did and we do. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it.
