There wasn't a receptionist so every time someone walked in one of our gals had to go attend to the walk in. The service provided was great. I do believe we were cut 15 minutes short due to starting late. I still feel what we got was done exceptionally well. I actually was so relaxed I felt intoxicated. I would absolutely do this again. We did get a Groupon. Had I paid full price I'd insist on the full 90 minutes service. It was a bday gift. I'd love it again for Christmas and Mother's Day. So even with the couple of complaints, I still highly recommend it. No clue who did my service. She didn't introduce herself. She actually didn't speak much at all.

Anyways, my person was summer, during my session she had to get up a lot to grab things, which she should've grabbed everything she needed before the session started. And may I remind you while she had to keep getting up to grab things the timer was already started. I feel like the majority of the time like 30 minutes, she had to go "grab things" and only got to touch my face for like 15 minutes. Very upset with my experience.

*all three stars are based on the nail tech and her making the best of an obviously tough…read moresituation* The quality of this place has really gone downhill. I booked a pedicure service, and the three foot spa/sink areas were all out of service. My foot soak was in a shallow plastic dish of cold water. The top of my feet were exfoliated, presumably because it was all that could be easily rinsed. I am not sure what the issue was, but there was not hot or running water. They should not be offering this service as listed. It is a misrepresentation. I was charged $58 for the service, so with tip, I paid nearly $90 for a spa pedicure service that I could have done at home, but with hot water. I felt terrible for the young nail tech because she was truly fabulous and clearly making the best of what her employer had available; but she's never going to be able to build a book of business without functioning spa equipment. The actual polish service was pristine and will probably last a few months or more. I would absolutely book a service with the tech again, if she moved to another spa. However, even if the owner decided to bring her business out of disrepair, I'm not sure I'd return because of the bait and switch, and willingness to destroy that young woman's early professional development.
