I was a little nervous about going with a newer company, but the owner Dontez red me he was the guy…read morefor the job. I needed someone to come out and work on my elderly mothers yard as she was getting compliments from the neighbors. After he was done I couldn't believe it was the same house. The work he did on the garden bed and even the back yard where my childhood play house is looked completely different, now I feel comfortable letting my kids play in the front and the back yard at my mom's. The price was great compared to the other places I quoted( in the economy every dollar counts) and no surprises and service was quick and smooth. Thank you so much to Dontez & his team for giving my mom the outside of her house back!

I have used this company for the last four years. They are very reliable and do a very good job…read morewith your pool. As far as the owner's customer service skills....... it depends on the day. One day he could be very nice and the next day not so much. He has an arrogant intimidating way about him at times. With that being said, I don't always feel comfortable calling him first. I usually call the technician that was assigned to my house. (I wasn't even aware he was no longer there since I'm not home when they come out). We had torrential rains a week or so ago, and it messed up the balance of the Pool so I reached out to the technician that was assigned to me and he informed me that he's no longer with this company. I told him I was not aware of that situation I said sorry for bothering him, but that I like to call him first because I don't feel comfortable calling the owner since he's moody. This former technician then told me that there were other customers that felt the same way that are no longer with him. The next morning, I get a text from the owner telling me that he doesn't know why I called. my former technician to complain about him and because of that he's terminating my service. Didn't ask me what happened or asked me why I feel uncomfortable to call him just assumed. (the conversation was obviously repeated back to the owner) The owner has a you're YOU'RE WELCOME attitude not a thank you for your service attitude. That in itself is a reason that I would not recommend this company. I am a small business owner myself. If I had a customer that compained to my husband about me or me about my husband, the last thing I would do is tell them to get out of my store. I would call them and say, why do you feel this way? How can I fix it. That's why we've been in business almost 50 years. We and cherish our customers . Without them you don't have a business.

The team sent to clean my house was extremely thorough and made me feel like I could actually start moving in. Beyond that, the owner contacted me to thank me for supporting his business. As I get settled, I plan to take advantage of other services this company provides. Their customer service is top notch.

Poor time management, was always hours later than expected and rarely worked for more than a couple hours in a day. Fortunately the majority of the materials could be reused, but some had to be trashed entirely.
