Being new to having a well for water, we didn't know how to read the water test report received…read moreduring the home inspection. We knew the water was OK to drink, etc. but sought advice anyway to see if it could be improved somehow. Randy came out and reviewed our report and advised the water was extremely clean. We could expand the filter to reduce changing frequency but overall, there was no need to spend a couple thousand dollars on a softener. I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty and impressed by his expertise. How refreshing it is to deal with a company that puts the customer before profitability.
