I cannot say enough about how impressed by and pleased with Joy I am. Prior to meeting her, I met with several other companies, including the big box stores. From the minute I met Joy, I knew that I would be purchasing from her. She is one of those kind and pleasant people that exudes trustworthiness and competence. She was easy to communicate with, patient, and knowledgeable. She came to my house twice, to review selections, and spent way more time than she needed to, to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Lately, I've noticed that customer service has gone down in quality, in many arenas. I also got some really nice designer pillowcases for $5/set. The "Showroom" side has upholstery and designer fabrics and wallpapers in books and on the wall. They have pretty much every big designer name in there and it seems like they can do any type of window treatment or upholstery. They also have Hunter Douglas, with a ton of samples, which was really helpful to see in-person. Everyone who worked here was SO friendly to me. I contacted Dave via text on December 4th, 2024, for a defective blind. I sent him a photo, and he agreed to replace it no problem. At which point, he never mentioned any service fee for the new blind. After not hearing from Dave for over 2 months, I contacted him on February 28th, 2025. I received no response. Finally, on March 27th, he finally replied to my text. He admitted that he forgot to order the replacement blind. Today, he texted me that the blind is in and he can come to install it tomorrow. He further tells me that there is a $75 service fee. When I questioned why he didn't tell me that upfront, he became irate and told me, "People do not work for free," and to lose his number. I have no issue paying a service fee. The problem is his complete lack of respect for a customer's time and his failure to disclose the fee initially. Dave's lack of respect speaks volumes about how much he values his customers.

I show him the rooms that we need to hang window treatments in. We start discussing options, colors, and how they were mounted. My wife came into the room and said she wasn't sure she wanted the kindle of blinds that he was proposing for the baby's nursery, and said that she wanted to see an option for rollers. At that point, he said he would be right back. Then I received a text from him where he informed me that he wasn't interested in the job. Then called my wife a bitch. Texts included with this post. If this is the kind of person who this company is going to send to your house, they don't deserve your business. Imagine someone calling you or your wife a bitch because she/you wanted to see a different option. I have no words.
