I have had many trees taken out over the years, so believe me when I say that Atlantic was one of the best tree services I've ever used.
Right from my initial phone call with Keith on his inspection he listened, addressed my concerns and gave a fair quote. Bridgette in the office was efficient and took the time to explain what the city of Charlotte was requiring now with the removal of trees/canopy. They were great coordinating a day to come out giving me a few options as I had a tenant at the property.
The day of, they arrived early and were already set up to begin by the time I arrived. Can't say enough about a crew arriving early. This was a well coordinated crew, with excellent communication between them and all pitching in with tasks to complete the job. I barely remember anyone taking a break except for lunch. My job had quite a few power lines involved which is why other tree services could not handle the job and I was referred to companies with cranes. They craned limbs over the lines, around others and efficiently straight into the chipper, cleaning up as they went from the road to neighbor's yards. Normally, these trees can be nail biters as I watch, but after watching for an hour I never had a doubt of their capabilities even when one limb had to be lowered and cut as it proved to be too long. Still even this was done with precision. Their equipment is top notch easing the work to a quicker span of time. Everyone on the crew was cordial and professional. By the job's end the yard, road, driveway and neighbors were all cleaned as if they had never been there. If you have a large tree or a difficult situation, Atlantic is the one to call. read more
