The manager there whose name is Shell is the rudest woman I have ever met treats us like crap and cusses us out every time we see her. She has no managerial skills whatsoever. She is extremely confrontational. The general manager should seriously consider removing her. She is not the face that you want your customers to see. As reviews are simply a shameless ranking method for District Managers and they hold their hourly employees responsible for getting them... Here's mine. Peter and Carol are great. Both are very helpful and will do anything they can to assist you while still following the 80 billion rules Public Storage has in place. And as Public Storage is shamelessly soliciting customers sharing information... Here's my info to save you some money... Public Storage line: "you're required to have insurance on your goods in storage, which limit would you prefer?" Fact: You are required, however, you're not required to buy their policy and if you have homeowners or renters insurance you're probably covered. You do not have to have any proof of this to rent. Public Storage line: "Our locks are designed for maximum security" Fact: They are. But they are also identical to the disc locks at Home Depot, Lowe's etc. The only difference - they cost twice as much at Public Storage. This location has cylinder locks NOT padlocks. Those are also sold at any home improvement store. Public Storage line: "We have security cameras all over the property for your protection" Fact: And the worst resolution footage ever. Add in the fact that less than half of them work at any location at any given time and DM's don't have the budget to instantly repair them and that's worthless. Ditto for outdoor and hallway lighting. Basically, buy and being your own lock with you. Decline their insurance policy that is not really worth the paper it's written on. Don't be lulled into a false sense of security and remember District Managers do have the power to waive one late fee a year. Happy Storing!

Every location is accessible to unit owners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a facilities manager lives on site. I've had different units at this location over the past year and have been extremely satisfied with the service and safety I've received. About six months ago, I needed to downsize to a smaller unit and the owner, Mary, mapped out the best days for me to do it so I'd save the most money. Very honest lady! Storage Units just naturally seem like a hassle and pain, but I've been pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company.

On Feb 3rd, 2026 I hired two men and a truck. I had actually hired them previously but the closing…read moreon my new place was delayed. I was told that the hourly rate would be more then originally quoted but have never received my bill to know just exactly how much I was charged per hour. I had more furniture then originally anticipated and I accept that as a failure on my part. These men wrapped almost every item of furniture yet still managed to break stuff. One guy picked up my tool chest, after I stated that it was heavy, didn't wrap it just walked away. This item was badly broken upon inspection at the end of the move; I can only guess from being dropped. I did also have a small shoe shelf that a piece was missing from; with it being a plastic part I was unable to repair it. I've found many chips and broken parts in my stuff since, none that really effect functionality one such item is an antique custom built cabinet that is irreplaceable. These men, one in particular tried to push their way into doorways, causing damage to the corners and even took out a big piece of paint on my kitchen cuboard and a chunk from my counters; I hadn't even complained about that. I did however complain about the supervisor that showed up and took up the one guy that knew the mosts time for about 1/2 hour; I was fully charged for this time and quite frankly I want that money back! They never responded to my first correspondence and then tried to tell me to keep the toolbox for them to come and asses, but didn't send that email for over 2 weeks so it was long gone. Their sheer lack of accountability and excesive charges is why I filed a BBB complaint. Theyoffered a refund of 37.00 will cover my broken items and told me that I should have purchased additional insurance, EXCUSE ME!! I 've only asked that 1/2 hour credited back and reimbursment for the toolchest that I've had to purchase. I've filed a complaint, but that has gotten no where as they've not acknowledged it.
