She said they would come after the snow stopped and when they finished with businesses. She said they would just "show up" when they were done with everything else and give me a price then. I explained that I'm disabled and need a little time to get to the door and asked her to please have them call when they were on the way so I could be ready. She agreed but they never showed up and never called. They left me snowed in without even a phone call, knowing that I am disabled. I should have listened to my gut. I got a bad feeling when I called by the woman's demeanor and unwillingness to commit to any price or time and the fact they would only take cash. They could have given a rough estimate like price per inch or square foot and they could have given me a window of time or at least called. This should have been my first red flag that they weren't very professional. I wondered if they might try to take advantage of my situation and overcharge me because I am in desperate need of help, but I didn't think that they just wouldn't show up. I counted on them because they had mostly good reviews and they told me that they would be here after the storm. I can't understand why a business would treat someone like this. Maybe they forgot? Maybe they were too tired? Maybe they didn't think it was worth it compared to the money they made from commercial snow removal? Whatever the reason, I deserved a phone call. They should have just said NO if they didn't want to do it. This was a horrible experience and they left me in a bad predicament! They are very unprofessional and I will never call them again. I even told the woman that I was looking for a landscaper and would like to talk to her about it after the snow. Well obviously that's not going to happen now. They have lost my business. It's a big loss for them because I am a loyal customer to the businesses that are loyal to me. This is my first time calling someone for snow removal and it is my last. My husband and I have always managed ourselves, but he passed away and now I am disabled. I didn't want to ask friends and family to come out in these conditions when they have so much to do already taking care of their own homes. I told everyone I hired professionals so they (and I) wouldn't have to worry. I didn't realize that I wasn't dealing with professionals. I highly recommend that you DON'T use this company. They have proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and uncaring.

Giving them two stars because they came out twice when we originally called them back to check it out but didn't resolve the problem. We had to call another company to get the truth about what was happening under the house. So much for relying on industry experts. I guess we should've learned absolutely everything about the work they proposed, got several companies to give advice and guidance, and take a guess at which was right. Walkways not cleared of debris, curb lines left with weeds growing in them and pieces of branches that have fallen are not picked up. Don't know if a Foreman is on site when work is being done but they're doing a poor job of supervising if one is in place. My elderly parents live on a narrow street near the beach in Margate, where parking is extremely limited. A few weeks ago, this company showed up with five large trucks to work on a very small yard on the block. They took over the entire street, and one of their trucks blocked part of my parents' driveway for most of the day. Despite this major inconvenience, my parents didn't complain--they chose to be good neighbors. Then on June 13, the company returned with two trucks, again parking nowhere near the property they were working on. One truck was parked directly in front of my parents' home, and the other in front of a neighbor's. This left my father with a very tight space to park. While trying to fit into it, he accidentally tapped one of their trucks--causing no visible damage to their vehicle but some to his own car. Realizing the spot was too small, he drove further down the street to park. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The owner's son began screaming at my 82-year-old mother, accusing her of a "hit-and-run" and demanding to "call the police." My mother calmly explained that her husband wasn't leaving the scene--he lives there and was just moving the car to a better spot. Despite this, the young man continued to shout, inspect the truck obsessively, and escalate the situation unnecessarily. He then called his father, who also began confronting my mother, denying they had ever blocked the driveway previously, and offering no apology or de-escalation--only more confrontation. Rather than owning up to their own inconsiderate behavior or showing basic decency toward an elderly couple, they chose aggression, denial, and disrespect. So again, if you value professionalism, courtesy, and accountability in the people you hire--not just for yourself but for the sake of your neighbors--avoid this company at all costs.
