They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating. They offer a free service for you to bring in a sample of your hot tub water and they analyze it in the store and tell you exactly what chemicals to add. That was immensely helpful when I was getting the hang of the new hot tub. I highly recommend this business. They stand by their product and provide support to the customer for years.

After several years of use, I inquired about having the tub drained as I was then not using. I was discouraged from doing that and was told that it didn't cost that much in electricity to keep it running, so I followed that advice. I just had the hot tub hauled away as both the controller pad and manual jet controller broke and the cost to replace/fix was too expensive. I received my electric bill after the hot tub removal and my electricity usage dropped substantially. The cost of the chemicals to maintain, replacement of the hot tub cover, electricity to run and eventual removal of the hot tub were all expenses that could have been avoided had the tub been drained and left for future use. Sharing this experience to save others from falling into this pitfall.

When the installer finally did get through to me, he gave me the excuse "That the rain put him back 11 days" We got rain on a Saturday before install day prior to that, We didn't have rain for 25 days. How can one day of rain put you back 11 days and still no help from the store or the sales guy. They did eventually set me up with a different installer who was fantastic. He was there when he said would be he got the job done. He was courteous and kind. His guys were great, but this poor soul is based two counties away and had to pick up the slack for a horrific jerk. I haven't done business with them since and I certainly won't in the future. I don't need to. I can get chemicals on Amazon much cheaper whatever you do don't subscribe to the scam that is frog leap if you purchase it then utilize one cartridge and cut a hole in it and add your own chlorine to it. The reason I am posting this review two years after my install is because this company has done the exact same thing to my brother-in-law who I hope takes the time to leave A proper review. A completely unopened box, still sealed. Interestingly enough it's not listed on the receipt, or on the company website, no where. The receipt says that they will accept any returns within 30 days with a receipt. The guy told me there's a sign by the register and that he doesn't need to put it on his receipts. I think the receipt should list all of their terms/policies, not a "sign" that they can take up or put away as they please. Never again! Advice/ make sure they sell you the right product or you will be out $$.

I had several issues that were one after another. None of the ongoing issues were due to anything AAA did or didn't do. My hot tub is a few years older and has been moved to my current home which contributed to the issues I had along with normal wear and tear and the prior company not fixing the original problem correctly. My ongoing issues came within hours to days after the prior repairs but AAA Spa and Pool Service were always professional and responsive to me and getting my hot tub taken care of before the cold weather hit which can make fixing a hot tub outside the home difficult or almost impossible till warmer weather.
