In all that time, NO ONE bothered to see what my coverage actually consisted of. Whenever I inquired, the response was always " We just have to write a letter. and the company always pays." But in the end, my policy does not allow for that and NO ONE knew that. Then to add insult to injury they tried to get me to pay the "retail rate" for visits that weren't covered! They wanted over $300 more than what the insurance company said I had to pay and what they otherwise would have paid themselves. Well, "That ain't happenen."

It's my first time to get PT done due to ankle problem and I'm glad I went to this place!!…read more I arrived at clinic with zero strength on my left leg due to months of being on cast. I was doubtful on how I can use my left leg again anytime soon. I was then evaluated by the therapist and she was clear on the objectives and plan of care. I went home with good understanding on what's going to happen and expectations on the first visit! I must admit that it was hard work during the exercises on the first few sessions but, I could actually feel the improvements and my treatment plan was adjusted based on my progression. Fast forward, I was doing agility training, running and jumping around the PT clinic. Ankle ROM wasn't 100% back to normal but close. But then, I wasn't expecting it due to screws and plate attached to my ankle that might be limiting full range of motion. Facility-wise, they had ample and practical equipment for your therapy needs. Everybody in the clinic were great, friendly and PT's and staff worked together as a team to have the best possible treatment plan!

I called to object, as I was told that the amount would be $50 each time. The response was that "this was an estimate, which was in your paperwork". My therapist Brennan was the best as is all his colleagues there...Brennan worked with me for months and especially during difficult times during covid. His skills and compassion for the patient are top class. In 2022 my wife had a knee injury and no brainer straight back to Brennan and in no time, she was back to full use of her knee...
