Drops went in at 3:55 and the Doc didn't return for a half hour, after saying she'd be back in 15-20. I made the appt at 3:00 with another meeting at 4:30 figuring never in life would an eye exam take longer than an hour, let alone 90 minutes. Maybe my expectations are a bit too high. Who knows?

I was charged, and I let it happen without thinking, $461.00 for a basic frame with progressive lenses. The frames were 0. The options were over $400. Insurance agent "Why did you get the tier 4 premium options on a basic frame?". I was never given an option. I took his word for it. I will NEVER do that again. The tier 1 option was included. He charged $189 for tier 4. Anti Reflective tier 1 $60 I was charged $135 for tier 3. No options given. The Dr is always complete caring and comprehensive. Watch out for the crook that sells you frames!!

And they don't try to make you spend $ on stuff you don't need. In fact, last time I went for a contact lense appointment, even though I have astigmatism in one eye, the Dr suggested I get the same rx for both eyes to save $ and it worked fabulously - my lenses have been great (I think the astigmatism is very slight - and every other Dr I've seen made my get 2 separate RXes). I emailed them today (a Sunday) requesting my RX and I expected a response in a few days. Imagine my surprise when I got a response a few hours later. I really can't say enough good things about them, and as long as I live here & they take my insurance, I'll be going here. Keep up the great work guys!

I visited Dr Haiman and his team about a month ago to treat an eye infection. He was very thorough…read morein his examination. He took the time to explain everything to me. I felt very comfortable. My eye got better quickly. I've been to a few different eye doctors the last few years and Dr Haiman by far is the best. He takes time to listen and then try to find a solution. Cristina one of the technicians was my first contact with the office. She made me feel confident about seeing Dr Haiman to heal my eye infection. All of the technicians are very nice. I will highly recommend to my family and friends.
