Staff was friendly to explain the Bike usage and all bikes had a pouch for you to carry your phone or small items. Afterward you can just go around to the corner to enjoy all the food and restaurants in the area. After returning the bikes, we all got lunch at Mason Lobster Rolls which is literately 5 mins walk from Bob's Rental.

They offered us all the amenities to support our dog (small 14 lbs) in the front seat and a baby in the back as well as 4 adults. It was $35 for the hour which was just enough to get a nice ride around the area. Surprisingly our dog really enjoyed the ride and wasn't scared at all. The baby actually wore his helmut and fell asleep for most of the ride; so it must have been pretty relaxing! I did buy one and it was installed incorrectly by the good people at UHaul. (I say "good people"sincerely - they are just overworked and underpaid). No one seemed able to help. On vacation, out of desperation, I explained our problems to the people at Lewes Cycle and within a week, we had a new rack properly installed. They then took the time to explain how to use the thing, which wasn't obvious. Next, I've been looking for a new bike for years, but every store here in DC was too busy to really listen, watch me ride and give me good feedback. Enter Dillon and Gar, who did both and set me up with an EXCELLENT bike in 30 minutes. It was a dream. I am so happy. Lastly, my husband has never been comfortable on his particular bike seat. The fellows at the store really listened. They suggested one, we ordered it and tried it out, and it just wasn't right. Without a word, they took it off our hands and ordered another, which he really likes. All of this HAS changed our lives because now we can actually bike ride again! The first time, Ricky tried everything while I waited to fix my chain before determining I needed a new one. The bike was then ready in an hour. Today I went in twice - first looking for toe clips for my bike and, while I was there Ricky checked my tires and filled them for me. I went back in after my ride today as my gears were slipping and offered to leave the bike as I knew they had a backlog. Ricky insisted on taking a look while I waited and was able to adjust it on the spot. Great service and expertise. Highly recommend.
