I knew it existed but didn't know the choices. He let me know every detail and even anticipated the things I might need such as suggesting that I get them in white so that no colors would reflect on my art. He was even conscientious about letting me! He was also very clear about what the process would be, when the blind would arrive, exactly what all the charges are for etc. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Ocean Breeze Shutters & Blinds and Steve in particular.

They had to send someone out to check the window on a 3rd trip and he suggested that they fix the screen in our screen door. Another big mistake. We are not regularly there and he said they could hold it until we were back. I got a call saying it was ready. I called the day before we were going to pick it up to confirm it was ready. The next day when we go for pick up, they say they can't find the door (have lost it!) and they will need to come out and measure for a new door! Outrageous. I would never use them again for anything. Everything is poor about CRT.

The window was measured and left with exposed glass and glass on the floor. I had communicated that my concern was for liability of guests, first and foremost. The crew who measured left glass on the floor and the interior window uncovered. Only the majority of the shattered tempered glass was removed with a very raw edge and glass particles on the floor. My guest reported getting cut on a glass shard on the floor, even after they returned 3 days after measuring. Very poor attention to detail and instructions. Then less than 24 hours after invoicing for final payment (after half down at initiation of project) they hounded me by phone and text for final payment, which had been sent from my online bank. TERRIBLE customer service, I would highly discourage others from using their services. I was initially told the window would be replaced within days, then it became a week. I was not advised until I prompted by text that they were coming to replace the glass. I had to have a property manager there to supervise the installation and clean up because of my lack of confidence in prior work. Beware.

I researched and…read moregathered recommendations for good roofing companies to research for several years before contracting Coastal Roofing and Siding because I wanted the best shingle system in the industry with the best warranty. On my 6K+ sq ft home, I had them replace the entire roof, fix an on-going issue with a chimney, replace four areas of siding on the second floor (and correct flashing issues found), replace all gutters and down spouts with larger, and install stainless gutter guards. As far as price, I paid about what the other companies quoted me for just the roof replacement to install an inferior roof system, WITHOUT ALL THE OTHER WORK! They performed OUTSTANDING WORK from start to finish. Note: All roofing companies can experience weather delays (unless you want your roof off during a rain storm), so establish a direct line of communication with them and they will keep you informed as to when they will be there. I will use them for ALL my roofing needs as far as they are willing to travel. They are the BEST, BY FAR that I have ever used. James Sharp, Moyock NC

They also replaced a small area of floor tiles. Pretty smooth process. Within a few months, the seams in the middle of high traffic areas became a big problem. The edges were a little too stretched and didn't stay tacked in the high traffic areas. A few years later, the seams and edges in those areas are ripped open a few inches wide and look really bad. The carpet is also worn and needs to be replaced. It is too pricey to be replacing carpet every 3-5 years. The tile still looks good, though.
