Their business practice is to tack on additional fees to already high prices. For example, they charge significant penalties for using fabric not bought directly through them, high delivery fees, additional charges for foam and any material used, credit card fees, etc. Where they can take advantage of any opportunity to maximize price, they do. What's worst, though, is that many of these penalties and fees are not even revealed until after it's too late to back out. I recently had four chairs and a sectional sofa reupholstered by her company, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. What truly separates Mike's Upholstery from others is their unparalleled customer service and commitment to getting it right.
