I've sent several emails to order Lower control arm bushings , no one emailed back, I have called several times and it says all lines are busy . So I called again hit 1 "for a shop" calling in , and Brad's dick headed ass says this is Brad what's your wholesale number? I said I don't have one and he hung up the phone. Mind you I own 3 companies with several shops, he just hangs up the phone. I've did 2 emails. Even commented on their sponsored face book advertisement about my unanswered emails and no one has contacted me, and when I finally talk with a lady she informed me Brad is the only person who can set up a business account. -1 star review . I ordered a spin-on oil filter adapter and four filters as part of my 1969 Land Rover Series IIA Lightweight restoration. After about 18 months I went to install it and discovered it will not work as it has no oil cooler line connection. I requested return authorization and it was refused because i had waited too long. Nothing more frustrating than having the whole truck torn apart and the part they gave you doesn't fit correctly. Twice in a row this has happened. First a power steering hose and not he window regulator. They use aftermarket parts, make it hard to tell what is genuine and half the time it doesn't fit correctly. Sure they might return it but that doesn't help when the truck is torn apart and you have to order from someone else to get the right part. For being a specialist parts website that focuses on Land Rovers, you think they could get the parts right. This isn't Rock Auto, which somehow actually does get the parts right for 1000s of brands. That combined with plenty of stories of their engines having issues makes me never want to use them again. read more

I have an older Land Rover and Atlantic British is my go-to for hard to find parts. However ... their rigid shipping policies mean I am "bent over" by Fedex every time and have to pay exorbitant "customs clearance" fees, sometimes equaling the cost of the part I just ordered. read more

Buyer beware / I have purchased an O2 sensor kit which states NO REFUND/RETURN IF BAG IS OPENED. When inquiring about return of sealed and UN-OPENED BAG and the information regarding return policy I was simply told by the costumer rep. Eric "we don't take those back, its electric". No one had mentioned at any point before I would NOT be able to return it, conversely information implies the opposite. I suggest looking for your parts elsewhere. read more

Bought the Iland blue tooth scanner a week ago. I followed the enclosed instructions, downloaded the app, entered the S/N and passcode to download the software but it kept saying download failed, tripple checked all the numbers and they were correct. So I call the 800 number 4 times but kept getting transferred to a so-called "tech support" dept. I left 3-4 messages over several days. Also sent them several email. Absolutely no respond! I have no other choice now but to contact my credit card and file a dispute to get my money back. Never buy anything from here again! read more

I ordered the iCarsoft Multi-System Diagnostic Tool LR V3.0 For Land Rover And Range Rover Vehicles. I have a 2017 LR Discovery 5 TD6, main purpose of getting this unit was to reset the oil service reminder. It showed it on there website to reset it. It will not reset it. I had to send it back. I don't know what they will do about changing there advertisement. Hopefully they will add a note to it informing everyone the unit will not reset 2017 LR D5 TD6 oil service. BEWARE of this unethical business! We purchased a rebuild engine from AB. From the moment the engine was installed (by a more qualified mechanic) it NEVER ran correctly. Thousands of dollars later, we when back to AB to honor the 1 year warranty. BTW...we were well within that time period. They have dragged their feet and made us jump through unreasonable hoops and forced us to spend more money. We are now pursuing legal measurers against AB. Ask yourself before purchasing from AB...Do you want to support a business that doesn't honor it's warranties and respect their customers. We DON'T.....and we hope you agree. read more

Very bad customer service. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering a part on the Internet as they have a history of sending the wrong p art. They did indeed send me the wrong part and refused to acknowledge the fact, asserted it was not their fault. They eventually refunded but refused to pay the return shipping fees. They claim that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Not true unfortunately. They made the mistake and I had to pay for it. read more

I have bought parts from this company a few times over the years and they have been fairly good at getting things here to me. But I had ordered a part over night and paid dearly for it to get here as I was going to put the part on my rover so I could use my rover to go out of town for the weekend but I guess it doesn't matter how much you pay for overnight shipping they send it how ever they want. After years of having good luck with with quality of small accessory items for my 2003 Discovery i felt emboldened to splurge on a rebuilt engine. $10,000 dollars later and with less than 10,000 miles on it my "new" engine has sleeve leaks in cylinder 3 and is now shot. If you think that AB would stand behind the quality of their rebuilts you would be sadly mistaken. Ordered the ZF transmission kit from them and received the Lifeguard 6 fluid but the transmission filter was a cheap "made in China" knockoff. NOT the OEM made in Germany ZF filter I was expecting. I called and spoke with Eric and he was aware the product was a knock off and stated that they have not had any problems with them. I think they should state in the description that this filter is NOT OEM and a knockoff. I was surprised given that the other parts (trans sleeve, fluid) were OEM LR. read more

I was referred to Atlantic British by another former Land Rover owner. I use a local mechanic for the service to my 2000 Discovery II and I order the parts from these guys. After so many frustrating experiences with poor or overpriced repair service in the past it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Atlantic British. I created my own shopping basket online based on the parts that my mechanic told me I needed and then called in to make sure they were correct. The client service was amazing and I was actually directed to a less-expensive part kit that would fit my needs. I have ordered from them twice now and will continue. Their client service is highly expert in both their inventory and Rover repair and are quite patient and friendly. Shipping tends to happen same or next day. Here is the short version. On my fifth Rover and have given this company 10's of thousands of dollars for the last 12 years and even know one of the salesman personally They sold me a part that doesn't fit my 2012 sport. The web site claimed the easier to install part would fit but the two phone calls I made to two separate individuals I was told the part would not work. So I ending up ruining the first part trying to cob it in and bought a second one and mcguyvered it to work. About $500 in parts in fluid and a few hundred more hiring a mechanically inclined helper I find out after the install that easy fit part would have worked! When I called for compensation my ex-friend decides to play company bitch and tells me too bad! Needless to say I shop at Roverland Parts for now on. smh..... just sad that they cant own up to their mistakes!....And i'm local! I really enjoy the tutorial videos they make on YouTube for the land rovers. They are really helpful. I needed to replace the crankshaft position sensor on my lr3 and had absolutely no luck finding anything on the internet about the location of the CPS. When I tried to call them to ask where the crankshaft position sensor was on a lr3 I got transferred 6 times then ended up getting hung up on some how. So I called back and same thing, so I left a message with my number. Never got a call back. Don't claim to be professionals reguarding rovers but cant answer one simple question. Everyone's an expert but no one knows. read more

I ordered a bushing for. Range Rover Sport from atlantic British. I was sent the wrong bushing. After calling and speaking to Dave Furiani, I was told that indeed was the correct part and that he didn't know what else to tell me. He said that he would send me a return label, which he did not and that he would get with someone who actually knows something so I could get the right part, which he did not. I called back and asked to speak with someone beside him and was transferred to Dave again. I then left the manager Doug a voicemail, with no luck either. I love these guy's videos and maybe some have had great service through them but I have not. I will not do business with them in the future. read more

I have some successes with this company in the past, but lately its just fails. Ordered struts and they sent the right part numbers but totally diiferent manufacturers, not OEM. One was 1 1/2 inches shorter than the other, different design entirely. OK, stuff happens, but they don't even own up to it. No return calls or emails from Sales Rp Dave Furiani. They wasted the time of about 10 people (mechanics, alignment specialists, tire replacement and balancing, as well as mine). Do business with a skeptical eye on their descriptions.
