My husband and I would like to thank this great company for really going above and beyond in their HARD WORK, DEDICATION TO DETAIL, & REALLY SHOWING PRIDE in their concrete work last week on a very large area of our home exterior. The owner John & each employee really were so precise to detail & this was a very large project that we had called several companies on that wanted much more money for the job. They actually showed up early for the job, took great care of our property and also gave some great suggestions to help my husband in completion of this project. Great people with great work ethics! Dissatisfied 80 Year Old Veteran The first of three…read morecontracts to fix a roof leak was 2-24-21. I spent $3,588.00 total. The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.

I contacted them yesterday, due to the rain we've been having, we had a leak above my office. The first time we had this repaired by the company that actually did our roof on our new build 1.5 years ago, they said it was a nail pop, and fixed it. This time around, the leak came back and instead of slapping a "bandaid" on the problem, we needed to get a quote. I contacted them on Monday morning and within 30 minutes I received a call back and they said they'd come out the same day to assess the roof and provide a quote. Nathan showed up with another crew member. The crew member got on top of the roof, while Nathan went into the attic to see if he could see the damage. After his assessment, he explained the problem, and what it would take to fix it. He said within a few hours we'd receive a quote, which we did. Based on the scope of the job, I'm not sure what I was expecting, but wanted to get another quote, just to make sure it was in-line with another professional. I let Nathan know I'd reach back out to him once we got another quote. I appreciate how quickly they came out, assessed the damage, and provided a quote. Nathan and crew were polite and professional.

Do not choose this roofer! After First Coast Roofers received the permit for the work from my…read moreneighborhood association, which allowed sixty days for the work to be completed, I didn't hear anything from them for 57 days. I had to call to alert them that the permit was about to expire. It was only then that they scheduled the work and showed up the next day with only two days left on the permit. During those two days, it was pouring down rain. Yes, they put down the roofing paper and new shingles on a roof that was being drenched with rain for two straight days. When I tried to question one of the workers about this, I found that not a single worker on site could speak English. With growing concern, I called the job manager for the company repeated times before he called back. He assured me that putting on a new roof in the rain was perfectly normal (which was not something I had ever seen). He claimed the sun would evaporate any moisture beneath "through the roofing material." When the job was done, there was a portion of the roof where two angles meet in a valley that looks like it is not flush with the wood beneath; I imagine there is an air pocket there. Some days later I discovered that they had not resealed the new roof around the chimney when I began to see water damage in the ceiling around the chimney. When I called First Coast Roofers about this, I was told they'd be happy to do that work around the chimney for an additional charge. (I climbed up on the roof and did it myself.) I called the county roofing inspection officer about the rain question. He said it certainly was not normal to put down a new roof in the rain, but he had already approved the work by its appearance. The result, I have a roof, but under what condition beneath, I have no idea. When it's time to replace it again, I'm worried I'll find mold and deteriorating wood in the subroof from the pouring rain when the roof was installed.

Essentially this roof install voided my Owens Coring warranty and exposed water on my back patio ceilings and it collapsed and they exposed water to my attic floor which will eventually collapse. They refuse to fix these. On April 6th and 7th of 2022, Tadlock Roofing installed our roof during seasonal rain and showers in Gainesville. Tadlock roofers failed to cover exposed decking, exposed chimney rafters, insulation, felt paper, framing/lumber and back patio ceiling. Tadlock did not follow Owen's Coring manufacturer guidelines when installing a roof during inclement weather, and per Owens Coring, this voids our warranty and they refuse to fix. Two months after they installed my roof, my back patio ceiling fell and we noticed they allowed rain to fall on the attic flooring and Tadlock Roofing will not fix any damages.
