    I am writing this on behalf of my husband. He has been going to this pharmacy for a few years now…read more Over a month ago, he picked up his prescription, from his Dr, that had 5 refills on it as he sees his Dr every 6 months. My Community Pharmacy has been filling this script for a while. When he finished the first month of his 6 month supply, he went on the APP to have his script refilled....it then said processing. He went to the pharmacy to pick up the second month supply, 2 days later, and was told that there were no refills. He looked at his bottle, and sure enough, written on the bottle were "0" refills. He complained and was told..."Sorry, you have no refills". Did they not have the original script to refer back to? My husband had to take time to then call his Dr and go to their office to pick up a new script, for the same medication. The script once again said 5 refills after the script is filled. Today, we went to My Community Pharmacy, with the new script, and waited for it. We took the bag outside and before we drove away, my husband looked at the bottle..."0/Zero" refills!!!!! AGAIN...THE SAME MISTAKE. He went back in to how them of their mistake, for the second time. They looked at the bottle..."0 Refills" and looked at the script...."5 Refills" Not even an apology. This is very concerning....their pharmacist is not on the ball. If this can happen on something so simple, then mistakes can also be made with prescription strength, mislabeling or even the wrong medication all together. This is the only prescription he gets filled there as he likes this one particular generic brand, that our other pharmacy does not carry...otherwise, he would not go back. In the future, he will be making copies of the prescription and checking the bottle before he leaves the store....I suggest you do the same if you also go there. I hope the owner also reads this review and makes sure other more serious mistakes are not being made by those that work behind the counter.

    Extremely poor customer service…read more I called Community Compound Pharmacy in West Palm Beach to ask a simple question about a prescription. The person who answered said I'd need to "find out," then put me on hold. I waited an unreasonable amount of time and was eventually disconnected by a recording saying the mailbox was full. I called back four more times. Each time the call went straight to hold music -- no greeting, no staff member, no opportunity to leave a message. They simply do not answer the phone. If you need reliable communication, this pharmacy is not dependable. Very frustrating experience.

    Lincare means worst customer service…read more I use a nebulizer twice daily. It administers my doctor prescribed, inhalation medicine. The nebulizer malfunctioned and was unusable. We contacted Lincare for a replacement. Lincare advised that because it was less than five years old, they would not replace it and advised the warranty was for two years. I contacted my insurance, and was advised that they due to the malfunction, they would cover the replacement and that Lincare should submit the claim. The insurance company even called Lincare. We recontacted Lincare and their representative refused to submit a claim, saying it would be denied. A supervisor stated that they would do nothing and subsequently stated that we could buy a nebulizer from another source. We requested to speak to a manager and the supervisor advised she would email him to contact us. Noone ever contacted us. While searching online, we found the nebulizer manufacturer, explained the situation and they immediately said that the warranty is for five years and they would immediately provide a free replacement. The new nebulizer arrived in a few days. Lincare put my wife's health at risk, refused to help, and did not provide or even inform us of the warranty. We contacted Lincare corporate and was advised that they would escalate our concerns and that an in charge person from the West Palm Beach location would immediately contact us. No contact was ever made. There are other negative reviews of LIncare. We have requested our insurance company to remove them from their provider list. Avoid this company.

    The only thing I can say is horrible customer service. Long phone wait times. Not helpful with…read moreissues. I received the Run around. Uncaring. I told my Dr to stop referring patients.
