I cannot recommend Topps Roofing enough! 10 out of 5 stars for so many reasons, but the biggest…read morefactor is the integrity of the owner, Logan McCord. Besides being professional, extremely competent, impeccably responsive, and a pleasure to work with, he is one of the most ethical individuals I have ever met. He truly cares about his clients, and his own work ethic is second to none...a rarity in this day and age! Logan is also very versed in how to deal with insurance companies and was there through all the steps starting with helping us get the claim filed and being present when the adjuster came out. Our claim was pretty difficult to deal with, but Logan was patient and there throughout to consult with until we finally got approval. For the actual job, it was so well run and went so smoothly. Materials were delivered the day before, along with a dumpster. A large crew arrived the next day and completed the bulk of the job, working a very long day. By mid morning the next day, everything was completely done and all trash removed. Logan checked on the job multiple times and took drone pictures throughout, as well as communicated with me, keeping me updated. Topps was like a well oiled machine. Huge kudos to contractors that show up when they say they are going to and then go above and beyond on the promised work. We do not take this for granted AT ALL these days. If you have a roofing need, you cannot go wrong with Topps Roofing. I wish every company was run like this and was this easy to work with! We cannot thank them enough!

Easy peasy! Topps…read moreRoofing has replaced many homes in my neighborhood and everyone I spoke with had a positive experience. So, this spring, I had Topps replace 2 roofs, one shingled and one metal. My contact at TR was Logan and he was awesome at keeping me abreast of status, changes and follow ups. Logan was present on my replacement days too. There was ZERO surprises :-))! My roof replacements took one day each, but the entire project took over 2 months. There were minor delays due to rainy weather and copper shortage post Covid shutdown...which Topps (or anyone) couldn't control. I appreciate Logan, Brook and TR team guiding me through it all. After all, it's not often a home owner has to replace a roof! My roof replacements recently completed and I'm very happy with their work. My new roofs are beautiful... never thought I'd describe roofs as such - ;-). It's like the feeling you get from your new car smell or a new pair of handmade shoes. TR crew was definitely had their installation process down and they CLEANED well after the main roof replacement! Metal / Copper roofs they subcontract out but over saw the process. Logan came by after to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement. Timely was Logan to follow up on minor things like a window screen damage I found after their shingles installation. He got it fixed in less than a week! TR offers quality materials from a reputable national manufacturer with decades of warranty and they stand by their workmanship and both my copper and shingles roofs have a labor warranty. Perhaps most importantly for me, Logan was solid at managing my replacements and genuinely interested in making me happy with their work. Now a days finding a contractor who keeps their word and want customers for a long term are harder to come by. Logan's a KEEPER and if I ever need a roof replacement in the future, Logan is who I'd call! So lucky and thrilled with Logan, Brooks and Topps Roofing for pleasant and quality replacement experience!

This was a key factor as our recently purchased home has required numerous services and repairs. Cha-Ching! Though I may be frugal, I am still mindful about quality. Good pricing along with good reviews, what did I have to lose? Our technician, Alberto, was professional, very thorough and took his time to do a good job. Admittedly, for the low cleaning/inspection price, I was expecting a laundry list of issues (upselling services); That was not the case at all! A few small issues were pointed out at the end of the inspection. There was zero pressure to get anything done. Alberto simply recommended correcting them at some point. I requested an estimate to repair and Alberto's pricing was very fair. Since he was prepared with all the materials needed in his truck, we were able to get it all done on the spot. We now feel safe and confident about using our fireplace this coming season! Great service all around has won over our future business. Will definitely continue to use them for years to come.

This company came out to service an AC unit that was installed 13 months ago by Neese on August 12th, 2025. The unit was installed by previous homeowners for us, as we were closing on the house on Aug 17th. The previous homeowners asked for ALL warranties to be transferred with the house strictly because it was being installed for us. They specified all warranties. We are still in contact with the previous homeowners. Neese refuses to honor the warranties. Neese refuses to take care of the labor on the unit when the warranty was supposed to stay with the house. A unit was installed for the new homeowners with all warranties to stay with the house, and Neese refuses to work with us using these warranties. Neese ensured the previous homeowners last year, upon installation, that the warranties would stay with the house, and is refusing to follow up on that. Neese has ZERO integrity and zero ethics and will not honor their word. I would not recommend them to anyone.
