A few months ago they did some repairs on our roof stating it had at least 5 years left and with some preventative maintenance maybe even longer before we had to replace it. The main job was to replace the siding on the chimney, but also to address some other problem areas including sealing around the dryer vent. After a recent rain we had a big leak through the dryer vent in the laundry room and then through the kitchen ceiling. Joshua who did the work offered to provide a new estimate to replace part of the roof around the dryer vent and the vent itself. No thank you. We will go with someone else who knows what they are doing. At least he was polite.
