Once you enter, you are welcomed by the entire team of practitioners, Shayda, Brittany, and Nicole, who are very kind and supportive. Shayda has practiced her therapy techniques, including hypnotherapy, CBT, and identifying core values, on me, personally, and I am always amazed at how deep our sessions can get and the amount of insight I receive in such a short amount of time. Her talents don't just stop at her counseling, though. She is equally as talented at decorating and the interior was meticulously curated to put her patients at ease and feel safe in her office. You can't even really call their space and office; you have this near uncontrollable urge to take off your shoes and help yourself to their mini fridge and refreshments because you feel so at home. I will definitely be back, and judging from the feedback, I know I won't be the only one. Do yourself a favor and come here for all of your self-care and therapeutic needs.

Dr. Fareed is fantastic. The staff here are always so caring and understanding. I have never felt…read morejudged or uncomfortable here and I ended up at this office after having a prior psychiatrist resign. Due to a condition of mine, I was turned away from many offices without even being given a chance because the psychiatrists didn't "feel comfortable" treating me, the diagnosis was new and the reaction from so many professionals was disheartening and I was really afraid that I would not be able to find someone who would see me, despite nothing having changed about me except for what was on paper. I am very grateful for those closed doors, since it lead me here. I have been supported through everything while at this office; including insurance being pains in everyones' butts and nosy pharmacists too! I cannot say enough good things about how they treat their patients here, and I have been working with Dr. Fareed for close to 2 years now- I can say with confidence that he cares about his practice and that he actually listens. He doesn't rush through appointments and he is always kind. He can be firm in his judgment, as he should be; this means he is confident in his approach. I personally have found so much success and a new improved quality of life after trusting the process. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a compassionate, supportive environment- especially if they have hit a dead end with their treatments, whether it be treatment resistance or something else.

I first want to advise that this practice is made up of partners in the firm (much like a law firm)…read moreas well as therapists in training, therapists who rent office space and 2 psychiatrists who are independent contractors. Giving all of Pathway 1 star because you didnt have good results with one therapist is irrational and does not represent the entirety of the practice and the good it does in the community. All of the practictioners here take different types of insurance, some take Medicare and Medicaid, and have different hours and availability. I have been a patient of Darrin Bronfman, LCSW for over 9 years now. We meet together on a weekly basis to address issues related to my diagnosed bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and PTSD. During the years i have taken jobs which required travel or had medical issues that kept me homebound and we still met via phone or Skype on a weekly basis. Mr. Bronfman has always made himself available for after hours coaching in emergency situations by email or phone. He takes more of a psychodynamic approach to therapy, combining cognitive behavioral and DBT concepts in as well. I have improved significantly in the last few years thanks to his coaching and support. Mr. Bronfman has also successfully met with friends and family members of mine over the years to help them understand my illness and behavior. For several years I was in a dating relationship and Mr Bronfman referred us to one of his trainees for couples counseling. The trainee was well educated and supervised throughout her work with us. She helped us come to the difficult yet necessary decision that our relationship was not sustainable. We appreciated her guidance and were able to remain friends beyond. The trainee has since gone on to maintain her own successful practice elsewhere thanks to her experience at Pathway. I attribute the work Ive done with Darrin to be critical to the improvements I have made in my illness, improvements I have made as a human being and in my personal and professional relationships. 9 years ago I could not hold down a dating relationship or job - now I work full time and have positive interpersonal interactions in all areas of my life. And bluntly put - without the connection I share with Darrin, i am not sure I would be alive today. Darrin thank you for everything youve done for me, and heres to the next 9 and more.
