They offer group and individual, one on one, classes. Like any other form of education, it takes years to master the skills, so patience is required..... LOL They have weekdays and weekends classes. I have seen, weekends are always busy, so if you want to enroll someone or want to get enrolled yourself, apply early. Classes and teachers are available throughout the year. I have seen as young as 5 years old kids and as old as 80 years old grandmas!! Staff is very friendly and teachers are very knowledgeable and dedicated to their profession. I am very satisfied with the results so far and would highly recommend this place.

And what sealed the deal was the proximity to our home. We would drop off our son for lessons and we weren't encouraged to go in for the sessions. Ever. And we never did. Which was strange. On Saturday mornings it was chaotic and with tutoring sessions it was busy place. Our son seemed to enjoy the lessons and Ms Katie was sweet and our son responded well to her, this was important because our son didn't love the violin. Ms Katy would sometimes be absent and we would make up sessions during the week. She had cancelled 3 and we were told to schedule the lesson with her and not the school, although we paid the school. She ended up leaving the school and owed us (3) lessons. The school took no responsibility. I was frustrated at the school and that Ms Katy did not take responsibility when we were billed in advance for lessons. I'm not sure what the structure of the lessons were because in middle school our son did not advance with private lessons. We now pay the same amount for private lessons, and the instructor is a violinist with the Atlanta Philharmonic and Symphony. My never new Ms Katy's resume. There was no collaboration, communication and we were overall disappointed with the experience we had.

I am a piano teacher and I have been shopping at this location for many years. In general I am…read morevery pleased with the service and the selection. The staff is friendly, the shelves are well stocked, and they have a wide variety of music books and materials for piano. Anything they don't have they can order for your or get transferred from another store. It usually arrives within a few days and they are very conscientious about calling to let you know it arrived in the store for pick-up. If there is a specific song you are looking for they will search it online and print it right there in the store for you. They also have many good sales throughout the year. I have recommended the full-size digital pianos to my students and have always been pleased with the quality. Many times you can get full-size digital pianos for $400, which is a great deal for the decent quality. However, keep in mind that the staff works on commission so they will try and sell you the more expensive item. Listen to your music teacher, and get what they recommend, not the sales people. They have material for both ABRSM and NFMC Federated Festival. They are also very supportive of the local music teachers association. On a regular basic they provide hospitality and refreshments for our monthly meetings. Several of my high school students have also worked there over the summer. I like that they are good at hiring temporary summer help. The only thing to be cautious of is renting instruments. I have never rented so I don't have personal experience, but I have heard stories from my students renting instruments for band or orchestra. Make sure you know all the details of the contract you're signing and read all the fine print.

We bought our first keyboard/digital piano here in 2014 after over 2 hours of testing different options and speaking with Don and Ben (thank you for your patience as we also didn't know too much English then!). I stopped my piano practice after 5ish years, but I loved coming back for seasonal recitals and looking through their new book selections! A few years later, they helped us decide on a real piano for our home. They worked with our budget and are super knowledgeable. They even did a complementary tuning upon delivery to ensure satisfaction. My younger sister has now moved out of town for college so it has been a year since I last stopped by, but I drove by the other day and felt drawn to leave a review. It has always held a special place in my heart and I hope it continues to bloom. This is a staple Duluth Small business in my book.

Sam called me a couple weeks after my visit to check if I was still interested in some grands I looked at and I told him that I had made a purchase elsewhere. He proceeded to use scare tactics to try to get to buy from him. Once he learned that I had already made the purchase and I asked for him to tune the piano he refused to send his technicians to tune or look at the piano. Not a good business model. You're better off buying a piano elsewhere and if you're forced to work with them, be very wary of their scare tactics. EDIT: After seeing the owner's response to my google review, I have removed an additional star. Anyone reading this review need not read further than the owner's response to see their attitude towards potential customers. Truly a shame as they have a lot of potential.
