I asked KEVIN one very important question: has the car ever been SMOKED IN? He says "oh, noooo!" Was his response and I trusted him, BIG MISTAKE! So I had my brother who had just had knee surgery to go check out the car before I drive from Memphis to get it. My brother gets there and immediately knows it reeked of smoke even though they had tried to get it cleaned up and get the smell out. Then when I told them how disappointed I was with their lack of business ethics, that they would lie for the sake of one car sale, he tries to tell me my brother was wrong. That they had been burning incense in the car to get it ready for me! Ha! That was the most ridiculous lie I'd ever heard! At that point, he should have just been honest but nope. Sticking to his story. If he was lying about that, what else would he lie about?? (and the rest of the staff bc I talked to several people there, not just him)! LET THE BUYER BEWARE!! THESE ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE TO BUY FROM!! RUN AWAY!!

Save yourself a headache and your money don't buy from here…read more I bought a car not even ONE week of regular driving it started overheating due to a pre existing hole in the engine it was covered by some paste. I took it back to them to get it fixed I had to pay 1400$ they had it for a whole month just for the mechanic they hired to do a poor job. They gave me the car back with the coolant milky and brown. I told them about it and said they didn't do a coolant flush so I told them if they could do it and said yea but had me waiting 3 weeks for them to find a mechanic just for them to tell me they didn't wanna do it anymore because they 'didn't want any unneeded exposure' so I had to get it done on my own. It was still the same after flushing the coolant 5 times so I took it back to them because the repair their mechanic did was poorly done. the bolts were super loose. They agreed to do it again at no cost then they took a whole month again(the job takes 2-3days). Once it's done they tell me the car needs a whole new engine because the engine block is cracked. Which was cause by them because they handed me the car with milky and brown coolant and had me driving the car like that for 3 weeks .They wanted me to pay 8000$ and didn't want to help me at all and didn't even wanna talk to me directly they were talking to me through their mechanic because the owner has 'anger issues. I had to go to the dealership to talk to them and they agreed to trade me out the car and 'take care of the car loan' but they wanted to trap me by rolling 6000$ of negative equity into a different car.super disappointed with my experience here and they gave me back my car with misfires and a check engine light which it never did before because they changed my ignition coils and spark plugs without me agreeing to even do that. I didn't buy a warranty because I didn't expect a car from a high rated dealer to have issues like this on the 5th day. Highly don't recommend here

I attempted to purchase a 2018 Audi S5 from them in February 2026. I was buying from out of state…read more The vehicle was advertised for $19,780 across multiple online automotive platforms. Prior to authorizing a down payment, I confirmed with dealership staff that the total purchase price would equal the advertised price. After I provided written authorization for a refundable deposit contingent upon an independent inspection, the dealership introduced additional mandatory dealer-imposed fees totaling $1,245, including documentation, administrative, and reconditioning charges. These fees were not disclosed in the advertised price and were required in order to complete the transaction. Imagine, the dealership was trying to add on charges after the fact from them cleaning the car to sell! When I objected and requested that the dealership honor the advertised price inclusive of mandatory dealer fees, communication ceased on their end, not returning my messages. The vehicle was temporarily listed as pending and later relisted at a higher price on their site. Although no funds were processed, this conduct raises concerns regarding advertised price transparency and disclosure of mandatory dealer charges in direct violation of Georgia anti bait-and-switch laws. *UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE*: As clearly admitted by the company, they completely agree with my entire review. Their made up bait-and-switch fees (such as attempting to add on a charge for cleaning the car) were told to me AFTER I had asked them for the total and provided written authorization (per their instructions) for a charge to my credit card based on that total, out-the-door price. Attempting to keep this original review brief, I left off many details. But here is another point which others should know: since I was buying from out of state, I wanted a dealer pre-inspection (of which I was going to pay from out of my own pocket). The salesman kept trying to get me to not send it to the local Audi dealer, but a CarX down the street. That raised more red flags.

However, Lawrence completely changed my perspective. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and informative, and never once made us feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. We were able to purchase my husband's dream truck today, and the entire process was easier and more enjoyable than I ever imagined. Lawrence was never annoyed or dismissive, even with all of the questions we had. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we came in to purchase and took the time to make sure we understood everything. Lawrence is genuinely one of the most friendly, compassionate, and professional car salesmen I have ever met. He made what I normally consider a stressful experience feel comfortable and exciting. We will absolutely be back, and I will definitely be recommending this dealership--and especially Lawrence--to our friends and family in the future. Thank you, Lawrence, for making such a memorable experience out of what I normally dread and being such a genuine guy. You truly changed my opinion of car dealerships and car salesmen!

We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

Realized this when I saw the charge on the card. Called to inquire why there is a difference. Was told that they charge 3% for processing any card payment, though it is not reflected on the invoice and neither did they say anything about it when taking the card. When I mentioned that I would have appreciated having been told about it at the time of payment as it would have allowed me to consider other forms of payment, the fee was refunded but the response that followed is what I can only categorize as rude and unpleasant. Not recommended.

Initially, I was satisfied with my purchase at EchoPark. Elijah served as my salesperson and…read moreprovided excellent service. However, a problem arose shortly afterward. Within two days of acquiring my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, I was compelled to bring the vehicle in due to an "engine service soon" alert. The vehicle's performance declined, and I encountered an error message stating P0010: Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), indicating an electrical fault or failure with the camshaft adjuster valve. Consequently, I contacted EchoPark, and Orlando in the service department advised me to proceed to the Volkswagen dealership, given that the vehicle has only 48,000 miles and remains under warranty. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to Autonation in Buford, Georgia, on May 12. The vehicle was received on May 7, and the issues commenced on May 9. As part of my plans to visit Autonation, I was informed I would take an Uber to EchoPark after dropping off the vehicle. However, it took nearly two hours before I received assistance in arranging the rideshare. I interacted with at least five different staff members, none of whom were aware of the situation. Eventually, I spoke with Assistant General Manager Talon, who was exceedingly helpful and assisted me in reaching EchoPark. I waited at EchoPark for over an hour and was provided with a loaner vehicle as compensation for the inconvenience. Talon attempted to explore options for acquiring a different vehicle through the financing bank; however, the requirements for the vehicle I desired were more stringent. I subsequently decided against the Volkswagen due to the need for maintenance shortly after purchase. Since then, I have contacted Talon via phone and text messages without receiving any response. As of today, May 29, my vehicle has been in service since May 12, and no one, including Talon, has contacted me since May 15, despite multiple calls and messages. Rod in Sales called me and let me know my vehicle is ready to be picked up and arranged a rideshare as I returned the loaner. I am currently paying for a vehicle I have only possessed for five days, at a high interest rate. I also contacted EchoPark corporate, engaging with several agents and personnel, who ultimately provided minimal assistance and offered little follow-up despite my requests for a callback to discuss alternative options. This situation is entirely unacceptable and constitutes poor business conduct. I am disheartened by how EchoPark has managed this problem, especially considering its simplicity to resolve. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Rod, the Service Manager, or Sales Manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding and deserve recognition, potentially in the form of a raise or promotion. Although EchoPark did provide a loaner vehicle--an act of kindness--it does not mitigate the inconvenience caused nor the manner in which this matter has been handled. Management should have been more proactive in addressing this issue, maintaining constant communication, and seeking solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization. The total without labor in the picture is shown. The total with labor was over $5k for a vehicle I just purchased. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Thank God mine was under warranty. EchoPark you guys need to do better and compensate me for this major problem.
