They have way more security protection for their people I had fraud on my account and all they offer is to block the card which doesn't solve the problem once again I would highly not recommend this place. It used to be good back in the day but now it's gone to hell ,they don't care don't do business here. It will always be a one-way street.

The level of customer service at the Union City location is less than satisfactory. I try my…read morehardest not to come to this location but this is the nearest one to my home. They do not speak or greet you when you enter the establishment. They are very reluctant to help. My last visit, the man didn't stand to greet me, extend a handshake, or ask for my identification or debit card to at LEAST look up my account and attempt to look into things and possibly help. He told me information off the top of his head which turned out to be incorrect. I had to drive to the Camp Creek location where they have great customer service. The young lady, Ms. Brown asked for my ID/debit card, pulled up my account, and gave me exactly what I needed. It would serve the Union City location to invest in customer service classes. If you work in customer service, regardless of industry, you are in service to the customers. Attitudes, lack of attention, bad body language, and the inability to service do not compliment the Chase brand.

I had all of the proper identification (PIN, Card, account #, etc.) so that was no problem. I was helped by Kimberly. Kimberly was very thorough, courteous and professional. She was also very personable (and has a great smile). I was in and out of there in a few minutes but still felt they did all the right due diligence so I felt comfortable about Chase protecting my money. I wouldn't typically review a bank but I found the bank on Yelp and saw that they only had one review and that was not very flattering. I just felt that Kimberly was so great that she needed to be recognized. It didn't hurt that they had bowl of Dum Dum lollipops in the lobby and I was able to grab one on the way out!
