Side note; amazing how many contractors would come out and look at our wall and never be heard from again?!? Fortunately, the Mulka's came out (when they said they would), went over some ideas on how to fix the wall, took some measurements and shortly thereafter emailed us a couple of options. Their prices seemed fair, neither too high or too low, but more importantly I really liked their idea's for how to fix the wall. We gave them the green light and they started the job - long story short the wall that they built will probably be here long after I am gone? They were all about the business and very pleasant to have around. I really liked that Josh would take the time to answer my question (I find construction work interesting) and very patient when I asked for additional work and changes (fixing/updating a gate). I am really pleased with their work and I can tell they take pride in a job well done.

I called 3 contractors recommended by a friend in the industry and LCC returned my call the next morning and came by the next day. Still waiting to hear from the others. Rob came by and we looked over the header and the deck gave me his recommendations and had the estimate within a couple of days. Got tired of waiting for the other bids and LCC's estimate was fine for me. Their crew was professional, courteous and very protective of my house inside and out. Finished job was better than I could have imagined. There is a reason why they have been around so long, they're the best!

The one that isn't really licensed, charges top dollar, does sloppy work and did not finish the job to your satisfaction? Well it's NOT Jesse Abrao! Jesse has done no less than 6 or 7 jobs over the years. This is our weekend/vacation second home as we live down in San Rafael, so not always around when work is underway. Jesee is trusted so much that he has his own key. That alone says a lot about this man. From fencing, electrical, plumbing, full on construction to exterior house painting, he takes on each job with the end goal being that you are completely satisfied. I must also say I am extremely OCD in regards to what I expect from work done. I have never, NEVER worked with a better individual as Jesee. His work is excellent. If I could give him 10 Stars I most certainly would.

From pre-purchase…read moreinspections to recommended repairs and beyond, the guys at Furia Construction have been there for me. They arrived on time, they did the repairs under my house in a timely manner and by the time they were done, there was no sign of them ever being there. They cleaned up the work site and left it like they found it. When they came back to do repairs that the termite inspection recommended, again they were on time, they took care of the structural issues and buttoned up my house nice and neat and were gone before I knew it. My house is safe and solid thanks to Furia Construction. They even followed up a few days later to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. What business does that anymore? That tells me that they stand behind every repair they make and that they want to make sure their clients are happy. You just dont find that in a contractor. I will never use another contractor again. Furia Construction is amazing and they are my go to guys for any home repairs in my future.
