I can say that I am a happy customer.

Harris Doyle and their HOA is awful. Some neighbors had built amazing tree forts for the…read moreneighborhood kids since Harris Doyle failed to follow through on their promise to put in a playground in the open common area. Harris Doyle found out about these forts and proceeded to HIRE someone to come in the woods and tear our forts down (that have been there for years). Forget putting money into walking trails that the neighborhood advertises and barely has, forget the lights that have been out, forget open wires and pool maintenance. Yes, let's pay to have a third party tear down harmless forts that neighborhood kids can play together safely on instead of building the playground that was promised 4 years ago. All the kids who enjoyed these very sturdy and safe structures are heartbroken and honestly, shame on Harris Doyle for carrying this act out. I love this neighborhood but the HOA and its shotty decisions and poor management makes me want to get the hell out of dodge

Working with Kevin at Mainline was the best choice that I made during my search for a new unit. Our…read morehime was not heating and cooling evenly and we had several quotes provided and several "strategies" to solve the problem. Kevin came out and looked at everything, explained what was needed. He was the only one that guaranteed his solution would work. After sending me the quote and agreeing to the package and product type I wanted, we moved forward with the a new unit. They did all the worked and they did it right. The installers were very nice and professional and did not mess up the house in any way. It was after the installation that I was really glad i went with them. The unit was not solving the problem we wanted originally which was even cooling. At first I thought we had just wasted our money...same problem, but with a new unit. Kevin called me and sent his installers back out and reviewed the problem. After several items were check, they determined that I did need a larger unit and they installed it without an charge to me. After that everything went great and the home is cooling wonderfully. We went from a unit that ran all the time and didn't cool well to one that runs in much shorter cycles and cools very well. i am confident if i had gone with anyone else, the problem would not have been solved and I would have been out more money for a larger unit. Every company quoted the same type and size unit, but Kevin was the only one that told me if it didn't work, they would stay here until it did....and they actually came through on their word. I was referred to the company from someone else and I look forward to referring others to them

Bought a Generac whole home generator from Lowe's and Lowe's had mainline as the installers. My…read moregenerator developed a problem the end of July. Michael came out 8/3/15, said I need a part, which would be in within a week and a half. After many calls, they showed up 1 month later. They left, the generator did not do the weekly diagnostic. I called back the day after labor day, was told "oh it needs another part, guess we should have told you". I continued to call, Michael wouldn't return my voice mails. They came back in another month (3 months after my first call) and still couldn't fix it. I called Generac and found our they are NOT approved by Generac to work on the generator. Something Lowe's and Mainline should have been honest enough to tell me when I was considering buying it. I got a Generac certified service technician to come out and found out Mainline had damaged the generator when they were poking around in it. They left the generator in pieces, they damaged the muffler and damaged other parts, which the certified technician took 45 minutes to repair. They charged me $7,000 for installation and don't have a clue what they are doing. Generac has contract with Home Depot only. The lowe's sales person would not answer my e-mails. SO for 4 months I was making payments to Lowe's for a broken generator, much of the damage was caused by Mainline. Stay away from them

There should be an option to give 0 stars as a review. I purchased carpet for 2 bedrooms, which I believe was kept in an unsanitary storage situation. The more it was vacuumed and cleaned only brought more dirt to the surface. I complained with the hope that they would make it right, to no avail. The company replied to my first review with statements that were grossly fabricated. Needless to say, I recently had to replace the junk they sold me for quality carpet. Please, don't waste your hard-earned money at Riverchase Carpet and Flooring!

Kevin, from Skelton, arrived on time and performed his diagnostics. I expected it to be bad and I wasn't disappointed (pun intended). After running his tests, we obviously needed a new air handler. We "sealed the deal " on Friday to install a new attic unit air handler with heating coil backup, and the new unit was installed on Tuesday. The two installers were on time and I wouldn't have known they were there except for an occasional thump in the attic. There was no trace left of their work as they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Use this company!! 10 year parts with two years labor warranty. Great job Skelton!
