From the first time I walked in the door, the staff has been helpful and friendly. Within 3 weeks, they knew my name and my husband's name (even without ever meeting him). The neighborhood pharmacy feel is incredible. Nice touches: Ed Thomas (the head pharmacist/owner) called me after we moved our business to them to thank me. I also got a birthday call.
