I already knew she had…read moresever's, it was more just to see if we could get x-rays to determine that her growth plate activity was normal and there were no fractures and if there was anything he would recommend doing and not doing. He was able to determine there was nothing abnormal, but didn't really have too much else to say except she'll eventually grow out of it (which we knew) and can continue or not continue activity at her own judgement. What I wanted to point out is the extreme pricing of the appointment. Be aware before you take any type of equipment from them or at least ask about cost of service/item. They charged $155 for a very janky night splint, where you can get one of much higher quality on Amazon or other sellers for a mere $25. The @15 minute "low-complexity" appointment was $250. The only thing not ridiculously priced was the radiographs, but these were still over $100. If you have foot problems, and are unsure if your insurance will cover all costs, you may want to shop around before you choose this location.

When the numbing medication wore off she was in a tremendous amount of pain. Nothing we did would relieve it. I called the office and found they didn't have any way to reach their office nights and weekends...they did procedures and didn't even call to see how my daughter did after having a very painful procedure done. I do NOT recommend .

I went to ATI fairwood has the next step in my sciatica rehab. I'd originally went to urgent Care…read morewhich ended up giving me stretches and exercises to help with the excruciating pain. Over the next 3 weeks I did more and more of the stretches and exercises and found that the excruciating pain was subsiding. I finally got in to see my general practitioner and he said the next step was to go to physical therapy. In going through my insurance provider they recommended ATI. A month ago I went to ATI fairwood. My initial consultation was very good as I believed my PT actually listened to what I had to say. Yes I had done my job to be able to relate what had happened and what I've been doing but it was great to see my PT listen to what I had to say and Incorporated it into my physical therapy routine. My coverage only provides once a month so it's been 30 days since I went to my first appointment. But I feel that since I was honest with my PT that allowed him to recommend the next stage of continued stretches and strengthening. At this stage is excruciating pain is gone. It wasn't easy I had to keep doing my stretches and exercises everyday. As I went in again today my feeling that my PT listen to me and Incorporated the information I gave him into my next stages which is more stretches and exercises for maintenance. He did a good job of explaining to me in different ways until I understood what was going on and why he had recommended the next course to help me not experience that pain again. I have to say that this was teamwork. I had to be honest with my PT and I had to be honest with myself. I used to think there was no way they'd know whether I did my stretches and exercises regularly. But it has physical examination he could tell that I was regularly doing my exercises and stretching. They weren't easy and I often questioned myself but each time I stayed the course as the second part of our work together. As I looked around the room during my two days of physical therapy it seemed like everybody had a dedication to their patients. I don't know whether the patients were doing as their PT advised, but I saw that everybody genuinely cared about their patients.

Apparently it's my miss understanding not their inability to communicate clearly! ‍. Apparently this is what happens when your allegiance is to corporate profits & not clients .I will not be going back to any ATI.

I used them after I was in a car accident. I have very mixed feelings about them…read more Good: Jolene is amazing. I continued with physical therapy even when I was frustrated mostly because I believe that the majority of my results came from Jolene's skill as a massage therapist. Their physical therapists were good but had issues with listening to my concerns and explaining what was happening and why. Needs improvement: My first massage therapist with them was a no show for our 2nd appointment and I never got an apology nor an explanation. Since my car was totaled, it was extremely difficult to get around (mostly walking or by bus) and so it was more than just an inconvenience to have scheduled my day around that appointment. Same thing happened with the doctor the next month (and again NO apology, nor explanation) :( Only my appointments with Jolene were on time. They wouldn't let you start warming up until the therapists arrived and of course they were routinely late (sometimes very, very late). This meant that I missed my hourly bus and had to walk back up the hill. I just felt like I couldn't trust that their treatments were actually helping. After many weeks of no results (except pain relief from Jolene) I finally left them and changed to another physical therapy office where I saw results, received explanations and never once had to wait for my therapist.
