I am genuinely lucky to have found this place. Dr. Grosser was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I actually understood what she was saying. She could make me laugh during some of the most painful moments I've experienced and gave me not only the best path to recovery but hope when I really needed it. Anna was extremely thorough and made sure I was on the right track. She made me feel actually cared for, not just like someone doing their job. No part of me is low maintenance, so the PT team really had a lot to handle, ha. For every, single appointment, they were always on time, always gave me undivided attention, and were super thorough in explaining how and what I should be doing at home to help in my knee recovery journey. I followed their instructions 98% of the time and less than 6 months post-knee surgery, I am back to doing all of the things I was pre-injury (except skiing - but that is 100% a choice on my part, 0/5 stars for skiing). The OrthoTexas Plano PT team is the best of the best! Not only do they absolutely know what they are doing, they also are hilarious and provided a really bright spot for me during some really mentally tough times during my recovery. Never did she tell me they would be charging my insurance for physical therapy in addition to chiropractic. So to make a long story short I found out they had billed United healthcare for physical therapy too and used up my allotted amount this year when I still need physical therapy. Their assistant Hunter had told me they made an error and they would resend the paperwork to my insurance so that I could get the help I need at a physical therapy office. So I waited over a month and then called back to let them know my insurance company told me they Had re-sent three of the 11 appointments and she said well it takes a long time and I just needed to wait but I insist on not waiting any longer and then she tells me that they weren't going to be able to change the codes so I spoke to Dr. Ford and he informs me that she misspoke and they were not going to change the paperwork and that they did charge my insurance for physiotherapy in addition to chiropractic. I never received acupuncture or cupping or anything that I would be deemed as Physio or physical therapy at this office nor was I told in advance or at any time that they were doing physical therapy on me. Many times that they would have somebody massage my muscles or stretch me out it AND it was an intern. And there was even one time their intern bruised my back and underarms that my husband was concerned. So this is just letting you know that if you go to this office make sure you understand what their billing your insurance because I really feel that they were not honest with me and when I approached them with the issue they were not willing to fix it. The other place, a sports Ortho in Mckinney, basically treated us like cattle and didn't even bother to try and get to the root of the problem. The Ortho gave us a completely different probable diagnosis and wasn't interested in trying to heal her - all they wanted to do was load her up with anti-inflammatory meds and put her through 2x a week physical therapy for 4-6 weeks and said she would be lucky to be dancing in four weeks. Upon our first visit with WB Sports and Spine the doctor immediately knew what was wrong with her was very thorough and got to work right away - he did one round of dry-needling which wasn't that fun for her, as dry needling usually isn't. He also did a series of manual scar tissue break up techniques in the affected area and her leg extension went from barely reaching 83° to 120° extension right in front of my eyes! She was a little sore for 24 hours but already had mobility and less pain. When we went back for follow up 3 days later her leg extension is now at 132°... No dry needling needed at this time only manual scar tissue break up for her nerve adhesion in the glute and hamstring. Yay!! My daughter will be back to doing what she loves most and dancing full time with her team in two weeks and more importantly she is pain-free and happy as a clam! We are so thankful someone bothered to take the time and tell us their testimony and encouraged us to see Dr. Eidsvig and his staff immediately. He got to the bottom of her injury and helped heal it! ZERO medications too! Bonus** The staff are SO friendly personable and you get the feeling right away you are in good hands! We feel SO very blessed we found him right away and didn't end up going through several doctors and places like so many others have.

Dr. Markman made sure for each of my arthroscopic meniscus repairs I knew what he was planning to do, why this was the best option because of my sport requirements, and what I should expect for my recovery. PT Amy gave me clear, concise printed directions with pictures of prescribed exercises. She is professional, patient, thorough and sweet; I trust her . Her demeanor makes me automatically more comfortable. I had PT Miles last week and found him to be attentive and good at explaining each step. She told me that she would have to look it up on GOOGLE MAPS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Obviously, Kastin was in a call center located off property somewhere. She was horrible at telling me the exact location of their offices in Plano!!! As a result, I was on the phone with Kastin for over 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES IS THE VERY DEFINTION OF INEFFICIENCY TO SCHEDULE AN APPT! Finally, I asked her, "Can you just transfer me to someone at that location?" "No," was here one-word reply. !?!?!?!?! So, Kastin began asking me questions instead. She had begun the data entry portion of the call. She took all of my pertinent information including insurance policy, etc. Then, she told me that she needed my credit card information. !?!?!?!?! All of that...just to schedule and hold an appointment. That's unacceptable imho. When I asked my husband Jack to come on the line so he could hear Trevor's nonsense...Trevor refusing al to listen to me...Trevor talking over me...Trevor released the call. !?!?!?!?!
