My girlfriend…read moretore her ACL and wanted me to go into her 2nd appointment (the first one seemed off to her). When we arrived in the office it was a literal ghosts town, we never saw another patient (red flag). We needed to get an MRI and first have a diagnosis and physical examination of the knee. During the examination Dr. Sievert used the word Fuck over 30 times. He went in to tell us his nephew was a drug addict, he is anti vac, and the nurses think he's sexist. We also had to endure his rants about insurance companies and how he wasn't getting properly or on time. As if this wasn't horrible enough on the way out of the office he took his folder and slapped me on the ass as I was walking in front of him. I've never in my life experienced something so unprofessional, it seemed like we were on an episode of punked. I'm shocked Dr. S still has a medical license, it's time to retire. The only saving grace on this practice was his secretary who is literally holding the office together.

He started YELLING at me about how he was short staffed and he couldn't keep front desk help and no one wanted to work. How insurance doesn't pay him, how patients pay premiums and then insurance won't pay doctors. How it used to not be that way, everything was a mess and he couldn't handle it. I stood there stunned that he was out of control and yelling at a new patient like that. No apology for running so late for my 8:30am appt. Just a lot of yelling. Then I left. Feel like a dodged a huge bullet. Needless to say I won't be rescheduling.

Lol I believe it was a corn. *Correction-not corns but calluses instead* So the doctor delicately dug out the dead skin formed around the point of pressure and it felt so much better. I think he used a scalpel even and it didn't hurt a bit! Fast forward today-the original calluses I had are gone but I have another one forming that hurts so bad when I walk. Im actually looking forward to going back and getting it shaved out again! Seriously! The relief it brings is immeasurable.

I have talked to another doctor and it was a common issue. He did manage to talk me into getting some orthotic inserts for $450. Pease review the pictures to see what he gave me. They are the cheapest flimsy orthotics I've ever seen with a postage stamp size piece of rubber added just below big toe. I would've gladly gotten a pair for each of my shoes, but these are downright worthless. Would love to show them to the doctor and see what he thinks. A waste of money.

Arizona Foot Health - This was the only difference on one pad. They did add this piece of foam. Other than that, it was a regular orthotic insert.

Welcome to the hub of incompetence. My name is Chase Twillman, my Uncle is Secretary Mike Pompeo…read more I'd like to share my experience here, as I've concluded a full treatment plan with TLC. I can honestly say these people don't care about their patients. They are solely driven by taking ur money, with providing the least amount of service and hospitality possible! Essentially once they have your insurance, & don't have to rely on you paying every visit. After a miserable experience, I was bombarded with emails and phone calls to get you back in. Few years passed, & after suffering a shoulder dislocation, I set up another appointment two weeks in advance, thinking they might be under new management. I showed up within minutes of my appointment, and 30 minutes gone by with the receptionist only coming out from the back once. She notified doctor Sonya I was waiting to see her, patient after patient came in, all but one was complaining about how these people always make them wait in the lobby for ever. With one lady arguing with her mother, contemplating just walking into the back and interrupting the lounge session. After occupying the lobby for over an hour and half, the doctor finally comes out and apologizes because they made some mistake and probably double book. Despite pulling up my appointment on the computer, I was asked by the doctor to wait 30 min and they will see me. I waited 30 minutes, then the receptionist came out and asked me to wait an additional hour and half, at which point I walked out. I have never met a company more deserving of bankruptcy. We have to stop funding subpar business or they will never change! If you love your country, & have any respect for Pat Tillman or his family, I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment.

When I remember to make my annual checkup with enough notice, I meet with Dr. Katz. Otherwise, I have met with several of his nurse practitioners. I have been pleased with my interactions with Dr. Katz and the nurse practitioners, who I feel all listen to me, provide updates in a thoughtful manner, and follow-up afterwards with any referrals or prescriptions. There is an automated system that can connect people with the front desk, voicemail system, or provide other system as need be. When you're speaking with the front desk, they are quite helpful whether they answer questions or help schedule or reschedule an appointment. Any paperwork is submitted and charges are made in advance or following the appointment so that you do not need to worry about either while you're checking in for your appointment. Any bloodwork is done in the office instead of going to a separate location (as they used to do a few years back). Needless to say, it's very convenient to work with the Paradise Valley Family Medicine office. As for Dr. Katz and the nurse practitioners, they have gone out of their way to make calls, do research, and follow-up with me between appointments to ensure that I am taken care of whether it is a sleep study, having a prescription be honored, or even having a prescription successfully make it to the nearby pharmacy. They use a portal, which is easy for sharing test results, visit summaries, or sending messages back and forth. You can learn more about the Paradise Valley Family Medicine on their website (https://www.pvfamilymed.com). Get offer primary care, well child exams, well woman examinations, annual physicals, sports and camp physicals, adult and pediatric immunizations, preventative health care, and pre-operative clearance. To see Dr. Katz or another doctor, make an appointment about a month in advance. You can see a nurse practitioner about two weeks in advance, and they are wonderful! I have enjoyed working with Brooke and Allison in the past. They are typically open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and on Friday from 8 AM to 12 noon. Holiday hours differ a bit. All in all, I'm glad to go to the Paradise Valley Family Medicine and recommend them to anyone needing a primary care physician.
