From my initial consult, Dr. B was confident that he could relieve the pain and fix my neck issues once and for all. Well, after 5 treatments, 90% of the pain is GONE! Through his unique method and understanding of not only soft tissue but the nervous system as a whole, Dr. B has been able to realign my nerves, fix the soft tissue and make dramatic and noticeable improvements to my overall quality of life. It's not often you find a true healer but that is exactly what Dr. B is. He cares about his patients and finding real solutions for them, not just prescribing a pill or suggesting surgery. Although they are busy, when I explained that I needed immediate relief, they got me in same day! The front desk explained over the phone that this wasn't the typical chiropractic where you hear cracks and quick adjustments but that the doctor spends an hour with you. I've been to many a Chiro from gentle to The Joint Chiro (which is a quick in & out deal, kinda like fast food, instant yum but makes you feel sick later)! So I was VERY happy to hear that the doctor takes a gentle and holistic approach to really solve the problems. My visit was $250 credit card, as he doesn't accept insurance, which is my biggest complaint, but I also have an HSA so will try to submit to them. Regardless, I was highly appreciative of Marc's approach - he turned on the music and sang softly as he intuitively found the areas that needed to be stretched and maneuvered. He is a fun, efficient and overall wonderfully different Chiro than I've ever had. I'm thrilled to have found him and that he has PT and medical massages that will be in my stage 2 of care! Find another physical therapy office to go to…read more I had been a patient for over a year and at first was very impressed with their flexibility, understanding, and dedication to their patient's health. Over the course of several months I began to notice the location consistently short-staffed and the workers very unhappy. After surgery in April, I requested a billing reversal that I had mentioned to them back in February. I was consistently told "we will talk to the billing department and have them call you back." Needless to say, I never received a call back and the billing department and manager/owner was NEVER available for me to speak with... Conveniently. I was told several times by Capone (receptionist) that the claim was almost finished and my co-pays were on their way to being reimbursed. It's now almost October and I have not received a phone call nor any correspondence regarding my claim. I was told that the owner Joseph was a "greedy" owner and doesn't know how to run the business efficiently. Had a simple phone call been made to me, this matter could have been resolved weeks ago. Be certain Arizona Sports that you will no longer receive good reviews from me or referrals.

I saw Andrew from week two until week six after my knee replacement. I made progress for the first month, but then started going backwards, and needed a manipulation. It was NOT the fault of PT, as the cause was arthrofibrosis (my body made too much scar tissue).

Wait Time: 0 minutes/On Time Waiting Area: Small, however, there has only ever been 2 people in waiting area whom were new and filling out paperwork. Pool: Small yet appointments are for 1-2 clients at a time. Cleanliness of pool is excellent. You are also showering at location once you are in your swimwear, next to pool, prior to entering which is mandatory. When you rinse off, hair may be excluded if you wear it up. Pool Physical Therapist Assistant: Jason. I cannot say enough great things about this professional. Calm, pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. Jason does Land-based PT as well!
