Jeff worked with me to find a pair of shoes that would help relieve my pain. He first took an impression/scan of my foot to learn where I put pressure and note any areas of imbalance that needed to be corrected. The scan is free. For an additional charge, you can have custom orthotics made. Since I already have the latter, we moved into finding shoes that met my needs. The shoe brands in the store were mostly new to me. I only recognized the Brooks trainers brand. Other brands included Finn, Aetrex, Naot, etc. They have a variety of closed toe shoes and sandals. Prices range from sale prices of around $150 to well above $300 for a pair. They are expensive, but they are of high quality materials and well made. The shoes have footbeds that have cushioning and support, but they can also accommodate your custom orthotics. The store even has a lab where they can adjust the footbeds for your feet or enclose your custom orthotics and build them into your sandals. Jeff spent time gathering boxes of sandals for me to try. He took the time to size my feet to make sure that any shoes I tried on would fit properly. Many of the shoes had velcro straps that could be easily adjusted to accommodate wide foots and high insteps. There was a shoe platform that made it easy for the store representative to put the shoes on my feet. No awkward bending or reaching on my part to put them on or off. I was also given time to walk around the store in the shoes to assess their comfort and see them in the mirror on my feet to decide if they were right for me. Jeff also took the time to show me some necessary stretching to help loosen my calf muscles to relieve my plantar fasciitis. He went over some of the other recommendations that your podiatrist will tell you too. The "RICE" method includes Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation. Standard procedure for most injuries. The shoes I bought were not actually my first choice. I was at the register ready to buy a pair of black mules. They were on my feet and I was going to wear them out the door, but as I was standing there, I realized how uncomfortably hot my feet became in the shoes. I mentioned this to Jeff, and we made a beeline back to the seating area to try on some open toed sandals instead that allow more air circulation around my feet. I'm not enamored with my new $300+ shoes. Comfort often means a trade off in style which is definitely the case here. I have taken them for a spin in the neighborhood walking my dog. Unfortunately by the end of the walk, my foot was in pain again. I couldn't even bring myself to put them on again today. I'll probably take them back to the store today to see if Jeff can make an adjustment to the right footbed to give it some more lift to support my right foot. The service and product quality at this Foot Solutions store are top notch. You will pay for that, but it is either now as preventative care or in the rears to your healthcare provider for pain management and corrective care. I highly recommend seeing Foot Solutions and investing in your feet before a problem flares up, but know that they are here for you if you are already in need of help.

I came in for some unfortunate foot pain affecting my ability to walk much. I have arthritis as…read morewell as tendinitis flare ups in this foot so I was feeling quite discouraged and in dire need of some hopeful relief. It honestly felt broken. We did some X-rays just in case to rule it out. From there my de recommended trying the red light laser treatments they offer in the office through the Oasis Regenerative Clinic. I was willing to try anything at this point. It is a bit pricy for each treatment, but again I'd do anything to get back to my normal routine. The Dr advices it most likely wouldn't fix the arthritis100 percent, but some is better than what it was so I went for it. It was comfortable, nearly no pain from the laser and I could walk a bit better with each treatment. There was light swelling and tiny bruising but I already felt that before. All employees i interacted with were friendly and o appreciated that.

Working with Ian was a pleasure, while evaluating me each week and working my muscles I also enjoyed talking with him about things going on in our lives. The most frustrating part has been my interaction with my main therapist post appointment. He assigned exercises in an online portal that comes with videos but one exercise had a broken video, which still hasn't been fixed, and many of the exercises don't tell you what the target muscles are. Furthermore, there is a feedback section with each exercise: I filled out some question after my first workout and never heard back. After contacting my therapist about this he told me it's better to do via email, which isn't very convenient. What's the point of the feedback section. Overall, I just feel like my therapist isn't putting the work in and it's very frustrating.

I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Since my last review, and when recovering from a calf injury, I was able to utilize the onsite G-Trainer anti-gravity treadmill.  It was super cool and definitely aided in my recovery. Here is my experience: I really hoped that Patti could help me with my pain. Together with my Husband I arrived in Time of our Appointment and when we rang the doorbell (not an Office but a private Home) a small dog was barking like crazy. When she opened the door she had to take care of her raging dog. I love animals, but when someone runs a business with a load of people, I would ask if it was ok with the Dog around. I have to use a Walker and am not good at balance and so it can happen that the Dog would have knocked me over. Likewise, there are people who are allergic to dogs. This was not worth a question to the lady. When she opened the Door she was not wearing a mask at that time, while 300,000 people died of Covid19 in this Country. When I asked her if she is not wearing a mask, she said: No, and when I asked her again if she would wearing a mask during the treatment, she said No again and expected us to remove our masks too. We had immediately removed ourselves from her private Home and were very disappointed about the behavior of this lady. She pretends to be Christian, but ignores the possibility of other people catching Covid19 from her. I find this more than just irresponsible. I also have something to say about the Costs. $150 per Session is already quite expensive, but a Tip is actually expected in Writing so that the dear Lady can christianize even more people with this money. I will think about whether I complain to public authorities.
