I received the referral from my orthopedist and insurance. It took a couple days to get the insurance approved and my first appointment set. The first appointment was great. The physical therapist completed a full assessment, asked my goals, and we set a plan of action together. This office has lots of therapists, techs, and equipment available for all your needs. They work together as a team so your waiting time between exercises or treatments is very minimal. I also appreciate the staff's positive and encouraging attitudes. Avoid ATI! The "therapists" stand around chatting and act like patients are an inconvenience. They do not change up exercises, as they should, they just keep saying next time. I finally quit and just did the exercises at home. I went from November 2025 - January 2026 and just figured out I was overcharged $25.00 per visit. When I called I was informed my account had a credit balance and if I wanted a refund would be processed within 60 days. Since it's been 6 months since my first visit I'm assuming they would never have refunded me without a call to them. Sad patients are being treated like this. read more

Lousy, Lousy, Lousy! Even my doctor and his staff said they are lousy! I used to work at the Physical Therapy Department for the VA Medical Center and the therapist would work with each individual person for an hour. Even if they piggybacked patients, everyone got the same attention. Back to ATI Craig location...many of the therapists were rude. The girls would be standing around and giggling and talking about the patients. They had their favorites. The piggybacking of patients was ridiculous! I would see patients along with myself just sitting and waiting. I refused to just sit after awhile and did my exercises myself and determined that I do not need to waste my time and money on this nonsense. The only time anyone checked on me was at the beginning and at the end of my exercises! Never again...OUCH! and I am still in pain! read more

The first time I went to this place I told the guy the things he was having me do hurt and maybe we should wait for my X-rays, he said keep going you got this. The next day I hurt so bad. When I went for my 2nd visit he was not there and the girl that was supposed to be helping me spent 5 minutes with me out of the 20 minutes that I sat there. I told her that the things he had me do last time hurt me, she said this is what he has written down for you to do and walked away. I Made appointment with time for the office to call me several times. The day I went into office at 5:10 it's was jam packed standing room only, then my insurance was a deductible needed which wasn't true and I was embarrassed. I check my insurance for PT and called my insurance as well both had been approved and okayed no deductible! First appointment. Didn't wait too long, assessment by Bradley Nesbitt (business card says "Dr" but not an "MD") . Went with hubby who had a pinched nerve L4 L5. In my newer move to Las Vegas, I hurt my newer hip and my new doctor referred me to ATI on W. Craig Road. I met with Bryson, the clinic director, who is fabulous. We chatted and then he turned me over to Tommie, who is beyond fabulous. After four weeks, I feel like a new person; my hip is so much better and quite honestly, I miss the comradery at the W. Craig facility. I did purchase the various tools so as to enable me to keep my hip from freezing up again. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Tommie if I need any adjustment as he is terrific!!. This company has exceeded my expectations by far..Staff was informed and involved. People were definitely at ease during physical therapy sessions. Office staff walked the perimeter asking questions and offering their assistance if needed. The front office was clean and simple...the air temperature was set at a comfortable temperature for the physical activity required. Music was up to date and catered to the clients interests. Do not recommend getting treatment for vertigo. The first day meet with PT which they did some tests and sent me home with a few head movements which made things worse. The 2nd & 3rd visit saw students that had to keep going back to PT to get clarification, just let me see the PT for goodness sake! Such a waist of my insurance and out of pocket expense to pay a "student" not knowing anything about vertigo treatments. PT should of been the one working with me and the student shadowing. I'm here to be treated correctly. I got tired of this and went somewhere else. The front desk staff are not welcoming, no greetings when you walk in or out of business building. The people at the hand therapy location on west Charleston don't know what they are doing. I nearly severed my little finger. It took 10 days to get an appt. ten critical healing days, then, instead of working on the scar tissue to increase blood flow they had me doing exercises that made it worse. Besides that the staff isn't friendly or helpful. They act like they don't even like each other much less the patients. Premiere physical therapy is a much better choice. read more

Ineffective at best, dangerous at worst. I would give them minus 10 on rating scale. Medicare Advantage insurance plan only authorizes ATI locations for insurance coverage to provide physical therapy. So I was stuck. Tried ATI on Craig Location in North Las Vegas a few years ago. No certified therapist supervises work or even knows what the physical problem is and a goal to feel less pain at end of their 2x weekly sessions. Young men and women (not actual therapists) mill around the room with sorry-looking gym equipment that is not demonstrated nor supervised for correct usage. No goals are given. PT's don't even look at the x-rays provided for damaged areas to even know what they are dealing with. Stated they had no wait to pull up x-ray from a CD from the diagnostic facilty. Long wait times and no plan for physical improvements happened 3-4 yrs. ago, and it's exactly same now. And they let you sit in waiting room up to 45 mins. for scheduled appts. PT said I should try exercises on a web site, but she herself couldn't find the site online. Wanted me to do all the work. If I want to sit in waiting room, do exercises that aggravate my pain more than help it, and look up my own treatment programs on line (FOR FREE), then of what use is ATI on Craig Rd.? They have a lot of patients referred by ambulance-chaser lawyers. So I think the whole company is a sham and a rip off. Neck hurts from arthritic changes and youngsters working there just kept changing to difference exercises that had nothing to do with neck. Then they didn't even watch to see if position and reps, etc. were correct. Yep, you are on your own hear, and "treatment" sucks. Pull up YouTube videos if you want some stretches and exercises that may actually help you, but don't pay these people to do nothing and waste your time. Workers are NOT professional NOR helpful. Plus hygiene was non-existent. Bands, machines, tables were not wiped down after usage by others. Much of equipment was broken. I tried to stick with ATI for a few weeks, and concluded it was a giant waste of time and money just to feel worse than at start of "therapy." read more

I have scoliosis and bursitis in my shoulder. I did alot of research to find a company that did dry needling. Not only do they do dry needling they also do alot of other new techniques that relieve pain. These techniques help to relieve the pressure in my muscles causing pain so I dont have to rely exclusively on pain pills. It gets pretty crowded in there but I dont mind waiting. Top of the list in my book. read more

Okay, they partially get 5 stars since I've never had any other PT experience to make a comparison to. I'm rounding the corner on the end of my physical therapy for my shoulder injury. From the initial visit to the PT sessions, everything has been effortless. I've never been made to wait an unreasonable amount of time past my appointment time, and I've even been taken in early more times than not. The physical therapy sessions all start with heat therapy for about 15 minutes before jumping into a series of exercises tailored for your injuries. Most of the time you are working with the PT assistants and they all seem very personable and friendly. The physical therapist also does some manual manipulation of whichever broken part you have at the end to check the progress. They also offer ice at the end of each session and a paper explanation of home exercises that need to be performed. The best part especially for those who are working, they have extended hours making it easy to pop over after work to fit in a session. I would definitely recommend this place or the multiple locations they have for anyone needing physical therapy. read more

My mother was treated here and didn't like the experience. May I include that my mother is Hispanic and has a noticeable accent when she speaks. I would accompany her while she went to appointments and witnessed the way they treated her. Upon the first time we went, my mother politely greeted the women at the desk by saying "Good Morning", we stood there and the lady didn't greet back or even looked at us, she completely ignored us...(how hard is it to greet someone back?). When they called her up my mother told me how they wouldn't talk and pay attention to her as they would to the other patients, who were mostly white. The only time they would talk to her was when assigning her her exercise and at the end of her exercise. They wouldn't even ask "how are you doing?" Or "does anything hurt", that astonishes me how they don't show care or respect to someone I deeply care about. I watched as they would treat their patients expecting them to treat my mother the same, but quite the contrary. My mother paid for service in which the staff cares, shows empathy, and helps her get better, but she might as well be getting the same service as a cheap gym (gyms even have good trainers and coaches). This clinic has potential, but the fact that some patients won't get treated the same as the majority has me astonished. I hope that the new patients who go to this clinic don't get treated the same as my mother and other patients. read more
