Excellent service! Help me with all my concerns! Nice staff and friendly. Always felt safe and heard!

My experience with Suarez Physical Therapy on Durango was profoundly disappointing and demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism and empathy. As a cancer patient, there are days when attending an appointment is simply not possible. While I fully understand the need for attendance policies, the rigid enforcement here shows no regard for legitimate medical circumstances. A healthcare facility should recognize the difference between negligence and unavoidable illness. After three visits, it became clear that this location is not equipped to provide compassionate patient care. The front desk staff consistently displayed an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Requests for assistance were met with curt responses and excuses about being "the only one at the desk," which does not justify poor customer service or disrespectful behavior. The final concern arose when I canceled all future appointments. I received a call that felt less like an interrogation. The tone was intrusive, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. A physical therapy clinic serving vulnerable patients should demonstrate empathy, respect, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the Durango location failed in all three areas. I cannot recommend this facility and hope they take meaningful steps to improve their approach to patient care read more

Every single physical therapist at the Centennial Hills location deserves a 5 star rating. They were very caring, professional and helpful each and every visit. The receptionist at the very front not so much. I received a text reminder for one of my visits which had the wrong time. I called to let them know and she insisted she was right. She talked very fast, talked over me while I was trying to explain, and then hung up on me! I think that is very rude and unprofessional. This appt. was supposed to be my discharge eval. After she hung up on me, I called back and cancelled the appointment. Sheila J. read more

5 .... My first appointment was for an evaluation to determine my necessary care. When I started at this facility I was at my lowest, I could barely walk and I was in pain 24/7... I am about half way through my journey with this team and I do not need my walker anymore, and I am learning to manage my pain. They have turned my scared, doubtful mindset to a determined and positive mindset. They have given me knowledge to help my condition when I'm participating during therapy and to take home with me. I am hopeful for a future without pain. I want to give a special shout out to James, Tom, Yardel, and of course boss man Edwin. The woman name starts with a D she has amazing customer service. read more

From the first day, everyone was very accommodating and communicated every step of the way. Every therapist made sure to expand treatment and care and didn't push me beyond what I was capable of. James was my favorite as he is a kind and gentle giant. I owe my recovery to he and Thomas! Katrina was my first therapist, and she explained what to expect very thoroughly. At the front desk, Miriam was always so informative and kept me aware of all coming appointments - she did not skip a beat. Also, while u get therapy ,you can watch ESPN!!! WIN!!!!! read more

Therapist are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are doing everything they can to get me through my back surgery.

People a great. Very caring and though, and patient when I was hurting. Thanks for getting me well.

Came in after having some back and hip problems that were preventing me from walking and living my day to day life. The care was wonderful and well planned out, and all the staff was welcoming and patient as I learned new exercises. Thank you! read more

Visited in person prior to appointment to arrange therapy with the therapy order from surgeon that clearly states the nature of the injury. Told staff exactly what happened and about the surgery at that time. Waited a week for the appointment only to find out on arrival that the facility doesn't treat the injury type. Would have been nice to know that up front, and not wasting a week's worth of time when my son could have been getting therapy elsewhere. read more

The PT team is great but the high strung main receptionist, I believe her name is Katrina, is far too much to endure. Please have her work on her customer service skills. read more

I've never been to physical therapy before but I'm glad this is my first experience. I was in a car accident last august and i've had consistent pain since then. I think its thanks to the sessions i've had here that I'm beginning to make progress toward recovery. Unfortunately, you don't always have the same therapist for all your sessions but they have all been wonderful to work with. I had issues with traction, but once i said something the therapist made some adjustments and found a solution. My massage therapist is the same every session. Cari is great, she very thorough and attentive to where my pain is and targeting the area. I'd give this place a shot if you have a need for PT. Sessions are roughly an hour and always start on time. Everyone there has made this recovery process something fun to look forward to. read more

This is my first time ever going to physical therapy, but I`ve managed to break myself and I need fixing and I`m really glad that my first PT experience has been at Suarez. Before I get into singing this place's praises, I want to note two things that I wasn't initially thrilled about, but that I`ve come to terms with. We cannot always have our cake and eat it too, right? Right. 1. You will most likely see someone different every time you come here. I have been here three times, so far, and I have had someone different each time. That being said, everyone has been really nice and helpful. They each have their own way of doing things, but overall the quality of care has been great. Don`t be afraid to ask questions, ask why they do things different, etc. 2. If you have a lower and upper body injury like I do, they will not assess you on the same day, nor see you on the same day for therapy. I thought I could be seen for everything at once, but it does not work like that. I was initially put off that they wouldn`t even asses me for my injuries at the same time, but I calmly put myself back in my place and I`m glad that didn`t deter me from going here for my therapy. Now then. Your first appointment will be an assessment of the injury, where you will be asked a lot of questions, they will test range of motion, take notes, etc. They will create a plan for your future visits, but overall your first is just to see what is going on. I had my assessment for my shoulder/chest injury with Desirae, my name twin only spelled differently. She was super nice, listened to my complaints, and was pleasant to interact with. Check-in at the front was easy and the waiting room is comfortable(they have a water dispenser and bathroom for your drinking and peeing needs). Since my assessment, I`ve had a few actual therapy appointments, which have all been great. The assistants are there to make the appointment flow smoothly, make sure you are using proper form, and to get you the help you need. I only remember one assistant's name, since he is the only one who actually told me his name at my first appointment and that is James. James is great. He knows what he is doing and is attentive to his clients, so if you get him you will be in excellent hands. I had two other people for my other appointments and they were great as well. Like I said, everyone has their own style. No complaints from me that are major enough for me to think twice about returning. The facility is clean, they wipe down all the equipment after each use, and it is a lovely space to try to fix your broken self in. I`ll be going for my assessment on my knees soon and I`m sure the care for that injury will be just as great. Overall, a positive experience at Suarez Physical Therapy. Would definitely recommend if you need some help getting back to good. read more

For the past 3 years I've been coming here for physical therapy due to my accident and the staff here has done an absolute amazing job helping me recover . Would like to thank all the therapist here at this location ( Thomas , Katrina , James, Patrick , Arliz & etc. ) for making this experience to look forward to throughout my week since it does help me a lot. Would also like to thank Miriam and Bianca for being so welcoming when I do come here and being so understanding when it comes to scheduling. I've been going to physical therapy for several years and this location has to be the best so far. Their attentiveness is incredible and the staff did an amazing job assisting me and paying attention to every issue I've had! Maddie and Miriam at the front desk have been exceptionally helpful with working appointments into my busy schedule and their kindness when I check into every appointment makes my day. Katrina was wonderful when doing my initial intake and going through each of my problems with me. She is incredibly thorough and listened to everything I had to say. I genuinely felt like I was heard and my health wasn't overlooked or minimized. Tyanna was also amazing, and she had me looking forward to coming to my appointments! For the specific physical therapy I do I needed someone with me the entire time, and she did an amazing job making me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Daven was also super helpful, very attentive, and I enjoyed working with him. All in all, amazing staff and office!! read more
