I came in with elbow and neck…read morepain and left without any elbow pain and some neck pain (it's a long-term process that I'm still continuing and working on at home). I mainly worked with Lia, but also had an opportunity to work with Kim and Lexi as well. Lia was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She took the time to answer any questions I may have had and constantly updated the treatment based on my progress. I worked with Kim twice and she was also very nice and helped further my treatment along. Lexi worked with me on multiple occasions to help with my stretching and overall exercise. She was also very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I had a great experience at RET Physical Therapy and if I ever need another physical therapist (hopefully not), I wouldn't hesitate to return!

A prior physical therapy series at another office hadn't helped. So, I tried MIPT. While there, I mentioned two chronic but minor issues: pain from a prior shoulder injury (in my 20s) and aching in the same side's elbow. During the appts. for the groin, they addressed the others with a few simple recommendations and I am pain free. I think I had 10 appts. total. 2nd experience: My husband subsequently visited them for severe back and neck pain. He is pain free after about 10 or 12 visits. 3rd experience: I went to see them yesterday for some minor tingling in my arms. I am writing this review now because I am once again thrilled. Relieved and confident that I am on course to resolve this annoying tingling. And, I think the one visit is going to be all it takes. I left with a few changes to make at home and some stretches and exercises.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and calming. He is friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained what was going on, and outlined a clear, personalized treatment plan. I have never felt rushed or pressured--just genuinely cared for. Upon our first meeting, his knowledge and expertise were immediately evident and he made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my pain levels, mobility, and overall well-being. The adjustments were precise and effective, and I appreciated the additional advice on posture, stretching, and long-term care. If you're looking for someone who is skilled, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping you feel your best, this is the place to go! I'm incredibly grateful for the care that I've received and will definitely continue coming back.

An absolute godsend. I've had intermittent (yet semi chronic) neck issues for a couple of years and…read moreZach was so helpful in giving me the proper tools to work that out. I haven't had much, if any, neck issues since then. And even if I get some flare ups, I feel confident to resolve that with the exercises he's given me, and it resolves within a week (usually less). I recently started having really bad lower back pain for about the last 1-2 months and I finally made an appt to see him today. Zach gave me such an informative rundown on the root issues and the assessment was spot-on to my bad [posture] habits. He assured me in the way I needed it and again gave me the proper tools and exercises to feel confident that I can tackle this. I left feeling much less stiffness and tension in my lower back bc he spent some time loosening it up and adjusting my back. Can't say enough wonderful things about the guy and his knowledge. I already recommended him to some of my gfs.

However, they didn't have me on their schedule at all when I was suppose to start my first week post op. I found Quest Physical Therapy accidentally and only a few miles from my home, and this place has an entire team of collaborative professional staff , all well trained in their jobs! Everyone is so caring and attentive. You feel better just being there! I worked primarily with Jamie Bollinger who is truly an expert in her field . She was very good at motivating and empowering me, helping me to understand the new mechanics of my knee. She helped me push myself to do the hard work needed for my recovery. She also is certified in Dry needling which was new to me, and definitely helpful! I had a few times to work with Nathan, and both techs Ben, and Julie were all professional and caring. Anthony and Stefanie were both very helpful setting up my sessions and insurance, and billing. I truly would recommend Quest to those needing professional physical therapy. Millie Cunningham

He explains the "why" behind everything, which builds confidence and trust throughout the recovery process. If you're looking for a physical therapist who combines technical excellence with genuine human care, Quest Physical Therapy--and Dr. Tony in particular--is simply exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier physical therapy in Issaquah.

If people are so inspired to write a review about their doctor/experience on yelp (which doesn't happen a lot, mostly restaurants) it must mean a lot. I'm sooo glad I decided to call Minor and James clinic and made an appt with her. Her clinic is at the FIRST HILL BUILDING on Minor ave and James. Parking is located across the street at the parking garage. Make sure to bring the parking stub with you up so that the receptionist can stamp it. The stamp will ensure you a parking discount. Smooth experience from start to end. No long waits in between. I didn't feel rushed or just another patient. She thoughtfully listened to all my concerns & answered all my questions. She explained everything to me thoroughly and very clearly. She thoroughly examined my walk, leg, etc. and was able to pin point the problem instead of ordering a bunch of x-rays that would cost more money. I left not just very satisfied, but I even asked her to recommend me other doctors since I was so impressed with my experience! I've probably seen 5-6 different sports med doctors before her over the past 10 years, and I'm so glad I found her. You'll likely wait months for an appointment, but it's worth it.
