They are both very well educated and knowledgeable about the latest updates for pediatric children. They have a great staff who are friendly and really good with kids of all ages. They accommodate you when you need to get in for an appointment as quick as possible. They have flu vaccines in the fall. I highly recommend this pediatric office.

If the past month is an indication of what Dr. Dalys' new office offers, it's going to be "not so…read moremuch". Phone calls have to deal with the deadly voice prompts. Message left with DR. Assistant not returned. The front desk is so populated it's like going through the gauntlet. Never in my life have I had to be escorted by a nurse through locked doors to enter a Dr.s' office. Medicare and secondary insurance were accepted with no problem, now we are receiving bills owing. Simple blood checks used to be "just come on in". Now it is "make an appointment". Very unwelcome changes involving a Dr. we so highly recommended to everyone!

Dr. Daly is an excellent doctor who knows lots about medicine, human beings and my health. He has seen me through pesky colds, hospitalizations, tears and everything in-between. Sometimes he sends me on to a specialist and they are always good choices. I also love that he is affiliated with Advocate South Suburban Hospital, my favorite hospital in the area. And, he has a great personality - loves to discuss books, politics and his Jesuit training. It's too bad that I am usually sick when I see him because he's an upstanding human being besides being a great physician.

He is double board certified in pediatrics and internal medicine. The first time I met him, I knew in my gut within seconds, this is the doctor and practice we have needed. There is also a Nurse Practitioner there we see and her name is Sarah Cupp. She is also amazing and super smart. I have never seen a more empathetic, kind, caring and intelligent medical team in my life. Even the receptionists are so friendly and sweet. I've been a mom for almost 22 years and I have 5 kids. 4 of them have had complicated medical conditions, but only my one son still has a G and J tube and various issues. I have never trusted a doctor or nurse practitioner as much as I do these two. They are traditional medical doctors, but also seem very knowledgeable in nutrition and homeopathics as well. I have gotten prescriptions from them, but also recommendations for supplements and things we can do that are more natural. There is no push either way. They respect our decisions as parents. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Panzica and Sarah Cupp for children and adults.

For example, I had hurt my lower back with shoveling heavy wet snow over the past weeks, and I was introduced to a procedure called cupping. Cupping is a traditional therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. It's believed to promote blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and reduce inflammation. The great news is it really helped. I was sent on my way with additional direction to follow at home with tendinitis and heat/cold therapy along with specific exercises to work on. Even though he's so busy, I find it's always easy to get an appointment. There's no long waits for appointments; you can usually get in to see him that same week. His office staff is professional, super efficient multi-taskers and respectful of each patient's circumstance. He's the doctor people dream of having.
