My therapists were Jeff Gaich and Robin Dal Santo and you can tell they both love what they do and it shows with each interaction I personally experienced and the ones I seen with their other patients when I was there. Their office space was clean, played great music and had a warm feel to it, which works because their staff treats you like a part of their family. Corey, who works the front desk and also assists the therapists, was a joy to be around and when a death in my family suddenly occurred she was very caring and understanding with me rescheduling my appointments towards the end of my rehab. When I arrived after that, Robin, Jeff and Corey showed me compassion, concern and helped me stay positive through that hard time. They are truly a cut above the rest. I thought the next visit went well, too, but the day after, I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep for three days. Added to that, my other hip and one knee were killing me.
