Used to go to the one…read morein Chicago on 63rd St near Central Ave. So I have been receiveing PT at the location in Willowbrook IL. for a broken arm. Been going since December. I have, however, been dealing with what I deem inappropriate behavior and have been doing everything in my power to talk to someone about it. I have reached out to the corparate office and beleive it or not was transferred to a third party entity to report my issues. That third party is located in some thrid world nation!!!! I am to try and explain my issues with someone whose first language is not english! Let'st start there. There is also a significant delay when conversing with this individual due to internet connection or whatever the reason but it is MADDENING and unprofessional. Also, these overses agents speak from a script. There is no real conversation to be had at all. I am going to ATI's flagship location. Location #1. I am in a situation where I do not feel comfortable continuing my healing under the circumstances but I am 10 visits in. Almost $400 out of pocket is my responsibility. I am mere minutes from their Bolingbrook Corporate Office but I cannot get a phone call back from anyone. Not one soul has called me even though I was promised a phone call this past Monday 1/20. I was assured someone, Chad, perhaps would call me 100% and nothing. How is this acceptable????? I am beside myself. I did not go in today for my 12:30 scheduled appointment and no called me despite me making several attempt to call them at 630-455-6630. It just rings and rings and rings then goes to a fast busy, I also called the corporate office at (630) 296-2223. Also no answer at all. I will post this everywhere until I get a response. This is upending my recovery and care. Sad from an entity who is supposed to help with said recovery.

I have an anterior pelvic tilt so I am susceptible to lower lumber disc herniations. In 2016 while squatting at the gym, I herniated my L5-S1 12 millimeters and I also herniated my L4-L5, which caused lower back pain as well as sciatica. After 3 1/2 months of physical therapy at IBI I was pain- free and my discs were no longer herniated. The staff here is very attentive and involved. They diagnosed that my herniated disc were due to poor posture (an anterior pelvic tilt and forward head) and the doctors gave me new exercises and tips to fix my posture. I was essentially pain free for close to ten years, I would only have flare ups and pain if I didn't keep up with my stretches and exercises IBI gave me. In 2026, I herniated those two discs again after sitting in a desk chair with my right leg curled under my body for way too long each day without standing up. This caused my discs to protrude off to the left this time causing my right oblique to overcompensate and get tight which resulted in a crooked torso and a loose left hip. The staff at IBI once again correctly diagnosed what was causing my symptoms and I completed physical therapy and workouts that were slightly different from my first time 10 years ago given my exact injury was not the same. After 4 months of physical therapy at IBI, I am again pain free. I plan on continuing to do my exercises and standing regularly during my desk job in order to stay like this. Illinois Back Institute is the best place to treat spine issues in the world. I have never had back surgery and I have only taken minimal pain pills to deal with my rather major disc issues. The staff at IBI understand and treat each patient's specific alignment in a targeted way, fixing the issue rather than just numbing the symptoms. I cannot recommend this place enough and I hope that this traction -based treatment methodology will someday be used to solve people's back pain all over the world.

This was a flat-out lie, as their speech therapist was texting us at the same time saying she was looking forward to resuming visits when he was discharged. Apple made no effort to find alternative care as required by law. We very likely had a good case for suing for patient abandonment, but chose not to pursue it since all our time and efforts were going into trying to improve my very sick husband's health. Alas, Apple doesn't have the same interest in its patients' safety and well-being. A very dangerous company to do business with, in our view.

So patients beware that if your using your personal health insurance they equate manually rolling a ball up a wall or using stretch bands to a $140 fee schedule. I work in personal injury so I'm familiar with injury care providers creating their own fee schedules just on the edge of egregious to inflate billing and I find his practice very distasteful. I would highly discourage people from using their this facility for therapy if you're using your health insurance or out of pocket.
