I thought the next visit went well, too, but the day after, I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep for three days. Added to that, my other hip and one knee were killing me. (The knee was so bad that I went back to the doctor and got a steroid shot. I don't think I should have had to do that.) I wound up cancelling my remaining appointments. The pain didn't go down for six weeks. I hate to say it, but I got a better exercise program from ChapGPT.

Five Stars is Not Enough!…read more The team at Rush Physical Therapy - 4710 W 95th St, Oak Lawn is truly something special. This isn't just a place where you go to get treatment it's a family of men and women whose hearts and passion shine through everything they do. Their goal isn't just to help you heal physically; it's to help you function better in everyday life and return to the things you love with strength and confidence. Every therapist here pushes you but in the right way. They never push you to the point where you dread coming back. Instead, they challenge you in ways that remind you of what you're capable of, and they encourage you every step of the way. They don't just treat the body, they uplift the spirit. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth. There's no attitude, no negativity just kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The front desk welcomes you like family, and the therapists work together as a close-knit team (family) who clearly care for one another and for every patient who comes in. Today was my last day of therapy, and honestly, leaving felt bittersweet. I'm grateful for the progress I've made, but I'll miss the support, encouragement, and positive energy I felt every time I walked in. I've done plenty of reviews for restaurants and customer service before, but this review is different because this place has made a real impact on my health and my life. If you are in the Oak Lawn area and you need physical therapy whether it's recovering from an injury, surgery, or just needing extra help to get your body right come here. I promise you will not be disappointed. Unless you're someone who can't be pleased no matter what, you will feel the difference here. This is truly a home away from home for healing. With heartfelt gratitude, K. Brown

I even had a difficult time dress myself or even putting on my shoes. Yes, all simple tasks were nearly impossible! I went to urgent care, the chiropractor, a spine specialist, and even tried PT at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab with little to no relief. I heard about aqua therapy and ask my doctor to investigate it with me. I found Rush PT at Morraine Valley. Religiously I went 3-days a week. It was AMAZING. Things I could NOT do on land I could accomplish in the water. Eventually, we moved our therapy program to land with great success. Sarah my therapist recommended dried needling to help relieve my pain. I was reluctant at first but she assured me it was safe and effective. SURPRISE.... I was able to get off all my pain meds. (I was on 3 different types 3 times a day). It was like the spasms and pain stopped misbehaving. My pain was gone! My movement restored! Today, I am following the exercise program that Sarah has laid out for me and try to swim at least 2-days a week. I am back to my old self, med-free, pain-free, and happy to be moving again! Also, a big thanks to Sara in billing who provided up to date detailed bills and working with my crazy schedule. Thank you to Sarah, Melissa and Sara for taking such good care of me!

Morgan schedules overlap with her next appt considering my first appt was not on time . That is a pet peeve of mine. U want me to come at 4:30 I should be getting straight in. I should not have to arrive 15 min earlier just to sit!! So I'm finding another service. She really irritated me that day! I give her dates and she give me what's available for her. Nah ! It does not work like that with me. If u can't fit my time find someone who can!! On top of the fact if my point of contact is email .. that means do not call my phone about appointments or anything. Do not text me either! Email was my preference . Update . I explained why I had to cancel for today and my missing the previous and she said fees will not apply

I requested to have Danielle as my PT again because she is very nice, professional, flexible, if you need to change dates or times, and most important she gets results. Last year and this year too, I saw a beneficial difference in the way I felt between when I started and when I finished for which I am extremely grateful. Also, I appreciated that they were diligent about keeping everything clean and sanitized between each use. The place has a good vibe, everyone seems pleasant from when you walk in and are greeted by Gina at the front desk, to the therapists and other patrons. I have had physical therapy at other facilities this place I would recommend.

I had an ACL reconstruction back then from a basketball injury(2011), and (since I'm highly active) I've re-torn my ACL recently again, twice- July 2019, Jan 2020(was doing something i shouldn't have been). Each time I've had to have surgery, I've had the MRI and surgery within 2 weeks of finding out that it was re-torn along with different options including surgical and non surgical. I've opted for surgery each time since I personally am highly active. The facility itself is well built, very clean, and well maintained. The staff is great, very friendly-from the ladies(Sara) at the front desk all the way to the nurses in back! If i ever have an issue i can call and get in the office quickly to get things straightened out. Dr. Chaudri is great! He's down to Earth, has excellent bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, and tells you exactly what's wrong and gets straight to the point. He answers all questions you ask(if you ask any since he already explains things.) On a occasion or two I've also have had Dr Durudogan read me results etc. he was also very well mannered, very knowledgeable, and has good bedside manner as well. I HIGHLY recommend this location and these doctors especially Dr Chaudri.

My therapists were Jeff Gaich and Robin Dal Santo and you can tell they both love what they do and it shows with each interaction I personally experienced and the ones I seen with their other patients when I was there. Their office space was clean, played great music and had a warm feel to it, which works because their staff treats you like a part of their family. Corey, who works the front desk and also assists the therapists, was a joy to be around and when a death in my family suddenly occurred she was very caring and understanding with me rescheduling my appointments towards the end of my rehab. When I arrived after that, Robin, Jeff and Corey showed me compassion, concern and helped me stay positive through that hard time. They are truly a cut above the rest. They have a small waiting room, maybe 10 chairs, with 2 empty seats. The lady I sat next to was complaining about the wait as I was sitting down. As time went by, and people were going in and out, I noticed that people were being called back that came after me. Now, I'm reasonable and I know that there are other services being provided. However, a lady came in and sat right next to me. We chatted for about 30 minutes about different things. She told me that she was there to see Dr. Kendall. At about 11:15, someone came out and called her. At this point, I've been there for nearly 90 minutes! And why is this lady being called before me? So, I get up and I wait behind a lady checking in. Someone walks up and nicely asked if I was checking in. I said I want to make sure you all did not forget about me and her response was that there were only 2 doctors there. This has nothing to do with why people who walked in after me are being called back before me. So, I sat down, made an appt for 11:45 at an Orthopedic doctor down the street. I walked out, made it to my appointment at 11:40 and was almost immediately whisked away for an x-ray. I saw a doctor and was out of there within 45 minutes. So, I wasted a $55 copay at an office that did not provide me any services. I don't know if existing patients have priority over new patients at this office, but this should have been explained when I made the appointment. The lady I chatted with says Dr Kendall is a great doctor. Give him a try if you've got all day to wait.
