Worst clinic I've been to. They don't do their job right and take your money afterwords. Wouldn't recommend this place to no one.

But in…read morethe short time I was there, I saw three really great PTs leave over what I assume was another employee who is the opposite. The same PT who wasn't my direct therapist, had me do some testing not related to my injury that injured my back and neck. My injury was work related and they seemingly couldn't get me out if there fast enough. They wanted to put me at another ATI for work place conditioning as they said was per L&I. My work injury lawyer said that wasn't necessary and if L&I needed it they would request it. My job title wasn't necessarily one that would require conditioning and physical work was maybe only 25% of my overall job at best and my position at the company I was with was eliminated anyway. Even after I explained this, as soon as I felt I was making progress, this same therapist was spearheading the therapist I was working with to test me to see if I was ready for this conditioning. Again I was injured while performing the testing. I assume since that therapist had chased out three others which connected well with their clients and we're actually not attention seeking drama queens, and they were now short staffed, they were trying to downsize their clients. Mission accomplished - after the second injury and not being heard, feeling like my care was not in my own control, I switched to a different location. My advice is do not go there. Maybe another location same company may be better since it's really one individual that creates this but it says a lot about a company that will let three great therapists go to keep one person that simply shows up.

What I got was way high cost treatment, lack of real interest in care quality it seemed, and no notice of my PIP reaching the limit, therefore putting me over maximum and billing my medicare instead w/o my knowledge. When I went back they couldn't even find me in their system. The billing office refuses to send me information, so I'm left to figure this out on my own.

Went for my first visit, the therapist took time to evaluate, give me some exercises to do at home and we made appointments for the following couple of weeks. They have a QR code you can scan on a paper they give you which will show you the exercises you've been given which is great if you can't remember. However, I've now been several times and the new exercises haven't been added, I still just have the same four that I started with. Went the second time and had a different therapist. Ok, all the stuff is in the computer so it should be ok but then during that visit the original therapist went to help another client and never came back and so I had a different therapist to finish and she kept going back and forth between patients so it took longer than it should and then when i finished what turned out to be the last exercise I lay there for 10 minutes before she realized I was done. I understand they are probably overworked but I didn't feel that they were all that invested in me as a patient and it was simply a matter of getting as many people in and out as possible.

In January 2025, my doctor sent another referral and again, nothing. When I finally contacted ATI in early May, they told me too much time had passed since the referral and I'd need my doctor to send yet another one. At that point, I was frustrated that their lack of follow-up was creating more work for me, so I decided to look elsewhere. I found a different PT provider nearby with great reviews. When I called them, they asked a few questions about my insurance and immediately pointed out that my plan doesn't even require a referral for PT. They were right and I've been happily going to the other provider since. All to say: ATI clearly doesn't know what they're doing when it comes to communication or patient intake. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for physical therapy.

The entire team is amazing--they all work together to help you heal and get back to your normal routine, and they do it with so much care and professionalism. Jackson and Ria are fantastic--always encouraging and knowledgeable. But let me tell you about Jeannie... she's basically the Chuck Norris of physical therapy. Tough, focused, and somehow always one step ahead of what your body needs. If pain thinks it has a chance, Jeannie stares it down until it backs off. Thanks to this team, I've made real progress and feel stronger every week. If you're looking for a place that truly knows how to get results and make you feel supported every step of the way--this is it.

Once I was done with my treatment I fell off the first week did no more exercise. The following week I came across their print-out and saw resistant bands I was like crap let me get back in the motion. So I do my to do list before I crash and burn 3 times a week hey something is better then nothing it's just like flossing teeth ( baby steps ). Anyways the PT fellas are great ( Nick, Joe, Seth) and whoever I left out they all have their own methods but they make PT fun, I hate it but it's suppose to help for the better. And just when you think you can slack off, here comes Tanner watching you like a hawk, giving you instructions on how to do the stretch correctly ( Tanner I was just being lazy when the guys turned their back, I didn't realize you were in on it to). I give your office a A++. When I upgrade my insurance plan, I will be back. Plus I plan to stop by sometime next week to drop off my payment and say Hello!

I've been to other PT places in the past and I really loved that I could do PT virtually ! Some PTs are super enthusiastic (like cheerleaders - ugh) but Lindsay was personable but not to saccharine. I was put with a new therapist that showed me a few stretches and spent most of his time teaching a trainee how to use the computer. My biggest concern and main area of pain was not addressed at all. When I was checked in, the total cost I was given by the front desk was incorrect. I was charged nearly 3 times the initial amount a week later. I've been attempting to contact the Billing Department, the main office, anyone with access to their email to discuss this further, only to be placed on hold for 20+ minutes and then told a supervisor would call me back because they were "too busy". That was a lie to brush me off, as I was never called or responded to in any way. Unfortunately would definitely NOT recommend ATI Issaquah. It is obviously run on a shoestring…read morebudget: - The reception area is blocked off & unused (no receptionist) - the 7-8 private treatment rooms (all closed & dark; all patients meet & are evaluated in a single work room) - therapists are booked TWO patients per session (meaning my treatment was juggled with another patient every session & I was NOT told this during my initial call to seek treatment). Patients who need one-on-one care due to balance issues, beware! - Small staff - they have very few therapists, most are contractors & the one employee therapist I had (& liked) quit during my treatment due to disagreement with management over everything I'm listing. - Storm conduct - Issaquah had a huge fall storm with power outages. When I called to verify my appointment would happen, I was told the clinic was open. The clinic was open WITHOUT power meaning no elevator (patients like me on crutches had difficulty getting to 2nd floor for treatment), patients in wheelchairs couldn't get up to be treated). The clinic was 55 DEGREES F yet patients were being treated in a room with no power (none of the equipment requiring power could be used, therapists couldn't make notes in patient charts for several days due to the length of time to restore power, the elevator wasn't fixed for several weeks & patients were not informed of this. - Therapist DIDN'T listen - I was only recently off crutches after a major microfracture procedure & a contractor therapist pushed me so hard I had to get back on crutches for a week the day after the session. During the session in question I told her she was hurting me and yet she continued. When I came back on crutches the follow session & told her my concerns, she said, "I'm not sorry for pushing you so hard." That was DEFINITELY my LAST session at ATI!!! And apparently this contractor was leaving in a week to go to another contract. Due to my new increased pain that continued as a result of working with that therapist, my surgeon prescribed PRP injections ($1200 out of pocket) to get the pain under control. But it gets better, read my last bullet... - They didn't READ my surgeon's prescription!! My prescription called for BFR treatment. I didn't think I needed to thoroughly understand the prescription as the therapists are the professionals. It wasn't until my new therapy clinic started treating me with a blood pressure-like cuff & told me this was part of my surgeon's prescription that I realized ATI doesn't offer BFR and simply ignored that part of my prescription without informing me. If you CAN'T meet a prescription, TELL the patient. I do not like leaving poor reviews, but this sadly was a very bad experience.
