Highly recommend! I had a total knee replacement end of November 2025 and worked with Kat B. (PT)…read moreand Greg (PTA) to get to today and graduating! I can't express enough how amazing their care, instruction and encouragement has meant to me. Rehab was as much mental as it was physical for me and i felt so safe with them. They asked questions every session to determine what would be best for me to keep moving forward and I always felt heard and motivated to do my best. Very kind, patient and clear with instructions and also modified if they saw I needed that. I will always look to them for any physical therapy needs in the future. The office environment is clean, organized and personable. Positive attitudes from all and when I rang the bell today, everyone in the office cheered which was so sweet. They really do care about their patients. Thanks so much Kat, Greg, and also Leilani for all the support these past months! I couldn't have done it without you all!

Oh wow, first review... Well, I highly recommend!…read more I have had four physical therapy appointments so far. I'm very pleased with the communication and instruction so far. Those are qualities I've never really experienced at PT prior. I am currently with the lead DPT, Lindsay Plikuhn and her assistant Sonja. I also have worked with a resident they currently have there, Kim. She has also been very attentive and hands on which has not previously been my experience with both a resident and a PT in general... I have chronic back pain and have been suffering for a long time. I will have a follow up review some day. I know I'll be in PT for a long time but I'm thankful I have a team that cares, is straight-forward, and is giving me useful information and tools for rehabilitation. And I also don't feel rushed with exercises and stretches. P.S. I have Medicaid and this Covington Satelitte location is in network.

Not for me, spent month in vain, and money in vain, make sure that the insurance really covers…read moreeverything, don't trust what the office says

This review is written about the process of making an appointment even prior to seeing one of the…read moredoctors. The process for a new patient is filled with road blocks. I have been using computers for over 50 years so I can claim to know a thing or two about how to fill out forms on PC. The process was obviously built by a whiz kid who believes that everyone in the world has a "smart" phone tethered to their hip and does not live in a world of reality where there are all kinds of technical skills or lack of them. The Foot and Ankle Clinic first requires that you fill out forms that they will send you by email. These are claimed to be "fill-able" form that you can complete and submit to the Clinic. First problem: If you are using a Windows PC, what you receive is not a fill-able form. After several failures to get this to work, I realized that it is an image of the form. The US Government, with all of its deficiencies, does a better job of producing a form that is formatted properly and is truly fill-able. So, OK you cannot use a windows PC. It would be nice to know ahead of time. Next problem: So you give in and move on the receiving a form on you "smart" phone. Mine happens to be an Android but I assume that it would work with a I-phone as well. So this is the second locked door that your must pass through. But if you do not possess such a phone, your are not allowed to register. Let us move on. Assuming that you got through this door, you may encounter another roadblock. Depending on your device, the keyboard that you use may not have all of the alphanumeric characters needed for the entries. For example, when you get to providing your SSN the form expects that you will enter numbers and dashes. But if the keyboard that pops up has only numbers, an error is generated. Properly designed forms will automatically enter the dashes as you enter the numbers. Not so with this form. Finally I resorted to using my tablet with a standard keyboard attached and dashes could be entered. Then the forms were accepted and submitted. In summary, the ordeal was filled with frustration. We shall see how the actual appointment goes.

I have had PT numerous times throughout my life due to sports injuries and surgeries. This experience of having PT in my own home with his undivided attention was unsurpassed. This was also during peak quarantine season and I have yet to see his full face because he has been extremely professional about wearing full face mask and disinfecting everything upon entering the home before I touch it. He was extremely knowledgeable about how everything in the body is connected and I learned so much about my nerves, fascias, muscles, tendons, and everything in between. I was able to get used to having a space in my home that I actually use to do my exercises in and that in and of itself was one of the most notable differences than going to a PT place, where I get put on a bike to warm up, them they come show me an exercise, then leave while I do them. He warms me up on his PT table with light stretches and massage and taught me how to correctly do a series of easy to replicate excercises that were much easier on my body than traditional strengthening exercises. I highly recommend this at home or custom workout area experience from Zach or his partner to anyone.
