Meet the Manager: Michael M.
Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Health Science and Health System Administration, a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies, and maintains his clinical certification as a Physician Assistant. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. He was awarded Seattle Innovator of the year.He previously served as CEO at OakLeaf Surgical Hospital in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, a physician-owned hospital performing approximately 7500 cases annually. While there he oversaw the establishment of a Wound and Hyperbaric Service Line, and was also involved in the development and construction of a new off-campus ambulatory services site in 2009. He also directed the development of a new 60,000 square foot hospital campus in 2010. Also during his tenure as CEO, OakLeaf was named the number one Hospital in the country for Patient Satisfaction by Consumers Reports in 2008.
